[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got my unit up and running today and ran it through a few test to see if it matches my gas powered professional version. I have to say I’m impressed and happy with the results of this pressure washer. It comes as no surprise to me because I’ve been abandoning gas powered equipment for a few years now and the electrical equivalent have all been to my standards. Even though this is my first Greenwork product I didn’t have much skepticism because it comes with great reviews and that’s why I chose this particular product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got this. Setup is easy. Like the ease of portability. Works great! Used it to pressure washer fence and did great job.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for Fathers day, and it is the best electric pressure washer i have ever owned or used. It makes my washing projects so easy, it is easy to store hoses, cord etc.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy assembly. Simple instructions. Functional design...wand holder, cord wrap & hose wrap, frame all work together for ease of use. Powerful enough, and overbuilt for home use, anticipate using for a long, long time (hopefully).
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to put together and worked great. It did the job I wanted it to do. Spray heads were easy to change. The turbo head was fantastic.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time use and was very pleased how easy it was to use! Every thing worked as advertised and it was simple to use. It did a great job washing my John Deere Tractor and can’t wait to use it for other stuff now that I have one as easy to operate as this Greenworks Pro3000
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pressure washer stopped working literally 45 seconds into using it for the very first time. I had been comparing electric pressure washers for weeks, and finally decided on this one. I'd seen a few other reviews that said the electric motor gave out, but there are so many 5 star reviews I thought those must be rare. Unfortunately it seems like it's a common issue.
The unit has power (power light is on) the GFCI protection is not tripped, I have the hose hooked up and supplying water, but the motor is not running, and not creating any pressure whatsoever. It worked fine for about 45 seconds, then shut off. I was never able to get it to come back on, even after waiting an hour. What a waste of time and money this was.
Pros: Quiet

Hello LastTimeCustomer
We are sorry to hear about this issue! Often, this would be caused by a faulty nozzle, or the unit not being bled of excess air in the line. Here is some troubleshooting below! Be sure to try all steps as described. 1) Clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction. 2) Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. 3) Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 45 PSI. 4) Be sure to try ALL nozzles!
