[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this and noticed how powerful and quiet it is. It is much better for xlraning my patio and driveway than the competitor model I had before
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second GW pressure washer I have purchased (I wore out the first one after years of use!). I am pleased with its ease of use. The pressure is great for the household and yard uses that I undertake. It was so easy to assemble and start using!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to power washer to strip our painted deck. My wife was operating the washer effectively & with confidence from the start.. So far my only negative comments are: 1. The instructions need improvement. The images are very small, there was no parts list to confirm you had everything,, in the combination of those two items made it difficult to know which screw a bolt to use for each step. 2. The high pressure hose had a 2-in protective rubber cuff on one end, and an extremely short half inch protective rubber cuff on the other. But in the instructions, both ends of the hose had a longer 2 in protective rubber cuff. I don't if this means the instruction pictures are wrong, or I was issued a high pressure hose with a defective rubber cuff. 3. There is no option to lock the power hose on, you must keep it open by continual pressure from your trigger finger. This makes it difficult to maintain consistent pressure if you are power washing a large project due to muscle fatigue. 4. The Box arrived with considerable damage, so I took multiple photos in case there was going to be some inside damage. Lucky for me, there was no damage inside to the equipment.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this last year. Worked great to wash the deck and lawn furniture, although it did overheat and need to the “rested” if using it more than 20 min. This year I started cleaning the deck, after 25 minutes it died. I rested it but it would not start again. Waited a few days and tried again - started from 2 min and died. I am considering it dead and done. It’s a shame as it was strong enough to do the needed jobs and nice and compact.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Grelada. We are sorry to hear about your experience. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try. 1. Clean Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to fail to function normally. 2. Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. 3. Ensure the water source is fully opened and is at least 45PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. Greenworks 1600 PSI pressure washer 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven't had a chance to use it yet, but assembled it and it was very easy. Instructions could be a bit clearer, but overall, no problems getting the machine put together. Looking forward to testing it out to see how it does on the driveway, patio, house, and maybe car. Only reason for four stars is that I haven't had a chance to use it yet!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally got tired of some oil leaking from my old pressure washer and the hassle of gas and the hard to start of the engine sometimes, not to mention the pump needing to cycle water during idle or not holding the trigger on. The bypass valves on my gas washer had stopped working. You have to drag a hose to the cleaning site so why not just take the power cord as well. Starts when you press the trigger and stops when you don't. Really easy to put together from the box too. Great product. Thanks
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this today, hoping that it will be a great asset to cleaning my composite deck and sidewalks, etc. I thought that the directions were lacking. I’m a 74 year old woman and weren’t always very cleat to me, but I did get it together! This model GW2500 comes with extra spray tips but there was supposed to have been 5 but the turbo nozzle tip is missing. I will be trying this out tomorrow, hoping for the best!!
