When I bought this unit, I was a little concerned that it wouldn't have enough pressure. It definitely has plenty of pressure to do everything that I will require of it. We have now used it for approximately 20-hours and it has been running strong with no problems. I recommend this product.

I bought this small pressure washer hoping it would be enough, and not to hard to manage. My patio had not been cleaned in several years. As you can see in the photo, it did an amazing job. It was easy to assemble, and lightweight. I highly recommend it.

The assembly of the product out of the box is super easy and fast. There is an attachment for every need. The turbo attachment made the dirtiest concrete look new again in a short amount of time. The soap attachment is perfect for the washing of my car, vinyl siding and fence. I won't have to hire out these services now that I can do them myself. So far it has done an awesome job. No complaints.

Not happy with the turbo nozzle

The washer works well. But the turbo nozzle not so well. Can't tell if it gets clogged or just a poor design. I tried the little pin to clean it out but no improvement. Greenworks support wants me to clean it in warm water and vinegar. That seems like a lot of maintenance for this tool.

Hello tommmmmmmm
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We stand behind the quality of our product, and we want to ensure that your tools are performing well for you. We hear that this is not the case and would like to work with you to create a resolution. Soaking the nozzle will break up any calcification inside that may occur during storage. To clean the nozzle, try soaking the nozzle in a warm solution of 1 part vinegar, 3 parts water, for 30 minutes. If the issue persists and you are within the warranty period please give call once more at 888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS) and we will be happy to send a replacement under warranty. Please just make sure that when you're calling, you have your serial number and date of purchase with you.
