After using this Greenworks 2000 PSI Power washer during several uses over the past 1 1/2 - 2 months, I find I made a good choice for what I needed this tool to do.
The machine provides enough pressure to quickly clean my car as well as clean off algae, general staining and dirt from the deck, garage door/house siding.
Easy to assemble out of the box and super simple to use for those cleaning projects around the house. Very satisfied with my purchase!
I bought this but need the part that is round and green on the left side of the machine (in the picture) can’t see where it says what this is but the machine doesn’t work without it. I don’t know where it went. Help
This machine is not working after just to of purchase I called customer & after waiting on hold for 2 hrs the lady that I was talking to was very rude & hung up on me without helping to trouble shoot I will never ever buy green works products again
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Caroline C,
We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. Unfortunately, your review is not detailed enough for us to know what the issue is, but we will try to cover all bases! Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try. Cleaning Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction. Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. Lastly, ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. Please note this product has a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. We strive to provide the best customer service and product support for our customers, so you can feel confident that you are purchasing the product that best suits your needs. We would not want any of our customers to have a negative experience when calling in. Please allow us the chance to assist you further; a representative has reached out to you regarding this matter via email. We hope to hear from you soon and look forward to resolving this issue.
I purchased this in the spring, I have used it several times and find it extremely easy to setup and operate. Like the fact that it holds pressure when the trigger is released, so no lag time when you are ready to pressure wash again, the instructions we very good and I had it operational within 15 minutes, very easy setup. This pressure washer replaced a gas powered one, best choice I have made. I didn't need a 5,000 psi washer for my needs. Very reliable and very user friendly. Used frequently without any issue's Highly recommended.
My hose produces more power than this machine. Could not box it up and take it back fast enough

Good buy for the money. Easy to operate. Delivers great water pressure for me even though I'm have a personal well and not on a municipal system. The electric cord is long enough for my needs and the hose for the spray wand is long as well.
I bought a 2000 psi pressure washer , put it together and it ran for 5 mins. then shut off , I tried again it will run for 5 secs. then shut off for 5 secs. and will not stay running .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello there,
Thank you for your review. This issue is often caused by one of two issues. I'll provide troubleshooting below for each.
First and foremost, always purge the line prior to use. Purge any excess air from the pump.
After doing that, please try ALL nozzles. This issue may be caused by a faulty tip!
If the issue persists, please feel welcome to give us a call at 1-888-909-6757 or submit an email to info@greenworkstools.com for further troubleshooting and warranty assistance.
