An item everyone wants to use!

Have had - and lent out - the washer many, many times over the last several years. Great tool to have! However, WARNING! Folks see the results and want to use the machine to do their own patio, deck, and garage floor. Tough to say NO to lending the machine when I am not using it for my own projects….
One negative result, the instruction manual is lost. None of the machine users seems to remember having not returned it…. Is there an online version of the instructions or manual? For the most part machine operation is pretty intuitive but …..

Does a good job but soap tank basically useless

It works well and does the job it's advertised to do. Have used several times over the last year and always runs fine with no leaks. I only have 30-40 psi water from a well and it still works fine for my purposes - cleaning siding, deck, and cars.
Now, the issues: high pressure hose should be more flexible. Difficult to handle even when it's warm from the sunlight. Also, there is little information about the soap tank. What is the mixing ratio of detergent to water as it leaves the nozzle? My preferred car wash solution uses one oz per gallon of water (128:1) The bottle is graduated in ml and not oz, would prefer ounces.

Thank you for your feedback! We only recommend using a designated pressure washer soap. You can use any preferred brand of pressure washer soap, if it does not contain any harsh chemicals such as bleach, alkaline or ammonia. Be sure to follow the directions on the pressure washer soap for whether it needs to be diluted; soap should be a watery consistency. The soap is dispensed into the water stream at a ratio of approximately 10:1.

I have owned 5 pressure washers, by far thus is the best of them all. Greenworks products are legit, real, and I mean work better than any other product u have used. Keep up good work

Weak metal compound

After 4 years with only 4 uses on cedar siding and a wood deck, an integral metal compound piece broke and I am unable to get the necessary part as the part, according to the website, does not exist.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
