Very happy with this washer. It is my second from Greenworks and my 1st lasted for 11years. I like the design with the hose to the side. Much easier to move the unit around.

I’ve never used a pressure washer, this was my first purchase and experience. I’m using it more than expected since it’s easy to use and the results are great. I’ve cleaned three decks and rails, a paver driveway, outdoor furniture and more. It arrived in a sturdy box, was easy to assemble and the instructions were good enough. Unfortunately the handle had a defective bolt for mounting the hose hook. Reaching customer service entailed a very long on-hold wait. Fortunately the rep I reached, Michael, was able to replace it and now I’m fully satisfied. I also have five Greenworks battery landscaping tools. I don’t hesitate to recommend their products to my friends.

bought the industrial version because the home use greenworks pro is junk

I had to buy this industrial grade version because I went thru 4 of the non industrial pro versions over the course of 2 years. So far this one is holding up but we shall see in the next few months...
