I pressure have the 2300 pro washer and it's great. I did have a slight problem and Greenworks was all over it. They corrected it immediately. After the sale, there is nothing left but support and they get an A+
The washer keeps blowing hoses. Just put our 2nd one on, used it twice and already has blown a hole . Not happy at all
Pros: Convenient

Same problem as many other customers. The metal part at the outlet of the high pressure side of pump where the hose connects (through a metal pin) broke. This is a serial defect that can potentially cause injury. This product should be recalled and the part in question should be redesigned and replaced.

After plugging it in and turning it on the connection where the pressure hose connects below the motor broke. Looks like the cast aluminum connection was too thin. Please not that I really like this pressure washer but that thin connection someone should have seen that it will not last. Also 45 minutes on hold is to TO long. Come on Greenworks get your support together.

I bought this last year and have used it many times! I just power washed my deck and it did an amazing job, yes I did get close to the deck with the nozzle, but it just ate the dirt right off! I have used it to power wash my house also, and again it did a great job as long as you get close enough to what you are washing! I love my Greenworks tools! I have a snow thrower, push lawn mower, riding mower and leaf blower! I thought I was having issues with my rider, but everything is good on that machine! These products are just so much easier for me to use!
Pros: Convenient, Cost-Saver, Easy to Use, Environmentally Safe, Effective, Powerful
I used my pressure washer approximately 24 times. I followed all care instructions careful. Today I hooked it up and as soon as I turned it on at critical metal connect point fail and water went shooting everywhere.

Got my pressure washer on December 2020 as a Christmas present. Used next summer (2021) to wash my patio and fence, around 6 hours. Then I used again the next summer (2022) to do exactly the same thing. This year I was doing the same thing, but after 2 hours the pressure washer suddenly stop, and it doesn't start anymore. Now I have a pretty much brand new pressure washer with less than 15 hours that doesn't work anymore.

Hello Anonymous85,
We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. Unfortunately, your review is not detailed enough for us to know what the issue is, but we will try to cover all bases. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try. Cleaning Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction. Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. Lastly, ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60 PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. If you have tried these steps and are still experiencing issues, please contact Greenworks at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). All we ask that you have access to the unit so that we can complete troubleshooting with you and gather necessary unit information, and we will be happy to assist with the warranty claims process. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and look forward to speaking to you.
