This old lady loves it!

Easy to assemble and use. Since I had never used one before, it took a little experimenting with the various attachments. The turbo attachment took care of all the green on my white lattice skirting on my shed. I also used it on a small sidewalk but ordered a surface cleaner attachment which should make the rest of that job and driveway much faster. My only complaint came from my trigger finger the next day.
Pros: Easy to Use, Effective, Powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the car detailing kit 2000 PSI 1.1 - gallons cold water electric pressure washer, this particular product is absolutely amazing for the price you pay! you couldn't ask for a better product, I bought this about a week ago and I'm extremely happy that I have it now. Everything from cleaning the vehicles to pressure washing our house, sidewalks, and back patio, This pressure washer does it all!! from the bottom of my heart I want to thank Greenworks company for such a great product at an unbelievable price. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone who is considering purchasing one you will not be disappointed. piecing it together is self explanatory and quick start instructions are easy to understand. I've enjoyed using it thoroughly. Thanks again GREENWORKS.

I bought the pressure to clean my deck and my deck furniture and umbrella. However, the first time I used it was to clean cushions and umbrellas, and the cement area around our community pool. It worked great! Everything looks new again. The unit was easy to put together and use. I highly recommend this product.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Powerful

Critical Design Flaw

My experience was the same as Craig O's. I purchased the 2300 psi electric pressure washer, model # GPW2300 back on 4-17-19. The high pressure hose connector sheared off. It's a poor design relying on very thin aluminum. Like Craig O., I was very careful using the Power Washer- it was never abused. Making matter worse, entering the part number I would need to replace into the Greenworks search engine produced no results; the Chat window put me into an irrelevant loop; Help called back, but the product isn't supported after expiration of the three year warrant.y It's not an item you take to the repair shop, so they don't supply parts. This is bothersome because an otherwise working product in perfect condition becomes a candidate for landfill waste over a minor part that lasts about the length of the warranty period.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Decent light duty, but broken casting

I've owned this for a few years and it works pretty well for a light duty residential use, washing cars, patio furniture, etc. I struggled a bit with it on the deck as it didn't produce enough pressure with the surface cleaner attachment I had. I could use the 15° nozzle but it would take an eternity. If you have a large deck, driveway, or pool deck you are planning on cleaning I would look for something else.
It's a bit fiddly to move around with the location of the hose and cord attachment points, that seems like it could have been thought out better.
The lag for the pump to spool up can be a bit annoying as well, but for occasional use it's workable.
I found myself limited by the extension cord more than I thought I would be, plus you now have three hoses/lines to deal with when trying to move it around instead of just two.
This spring when I went to get it out I found that the casting on the pressure side of the pump was broken, I have no idea how it happened as it was working when I put it away last and hasn't been disturbed.

Hello KevinV
Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. These parts can sometimes crack when the pump was not properly winterizing / stored and the water froze, expanded, and damaged a piece of the brass. We would recommend contacting Greenworks directly through chatbot on www.greenworkstools.com that will direct you to a live agent or call us 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS) for a proper evaluation. This is not a difficult part to replace, so it should be a fairly smooth process. Your Greenworks pressure comes standard with a 3-year (homeowner) Greenworks limited warranty from date of purchase.

Response from greenworkstools.comBy Greenworks, May 10, 2023
Hello Jeff S.
Thank you for your question. The soap will only be dispensed when liquid pressure washer soap is in the soap tank, and the short black soap nozzle is attached. The pressure washer has sensors that detect when the soap nozzle is attached to the wand, and then the soap will be mixed with the water. When the trigger is pulled, the soapy water will come out at a low pressure. To stop the soap from coming out, attach another nozzle tip and pull the trigger until there is no more soap in the lines, then you are back to all water.
Should you have any further questions or warranty needs, please contact us directly through chatbot on www.greenworkstools.com that will direct you to a live agent or call us 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS).
