Disappointing

I just opened the box to use this tool for the first time and it was working great I til it sprang a small leak! So frustrating since this is the first time it’s ever been used

We typically advise against the use of an extension cord, however, if necessary you may use a 25’ 12AWG cord, be sure to use an extension cord that has the capacity to handle the current the product will draw.

Can't Beat It For The Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my Electric Pressure Washer and it works great for the money. My son and I washed our 3 cars and the boat. We used the soap foaming dispenser and it made the job so much easier and definitely faster. Using it was so simple. I recommend this pressure washer.

Low quality, no support.

Have had this pressure washer about three years, every use has been a hassle getting it to work. Always the same problem, lousy pressure switch. Normally I manage to get it going by disassembling the switch and polishing the nylon shaft and inner casting with some lapping compound. Not this time, couldn't get the pressure switch to let the pump run, so I called customer service. Got what sounded like a teenaged girl who had basically no clue what I was talking about, although she does get high marks for effort. She referred me to a service center in Phoenix, but when I talked to their service tech, I was told they don't work on "consumer products, only commercial". SO..... I removed their el cheapo pressure switch and made up a manual switch on a cord that will let the pump run as it should, even though I have to hold a "dead mans" switch.
Truthfully, Greenworks couldn't give me one of their products in the future. And please Greenworks, don't bother responding with your usual lame response about how sorry you are. I already know exactly how sorry you are.

Very good pressure washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a very old Husky 1800 pressure washer. My brother in law told me greenworks were good products. He was right this pressure washer is awesome. I highly recommend this light weight pressure washer.

BE WARNED

Let me start by saying I have used this washer for years with no complaints. My problem is with the warranty. My granddaughter received a new one for her birthday Sept 2023. 3 days ago she unboxed it to use on a deer skull for a European mount. It would not work. I tried everything to get it to work. Nothing. We hooked up my old one and it quit about halfway through. I have no complaints with the old one. As far as the new one goes I went and bought her another new one to finish her skull with. Works fine.
Today I called Greenworks Warranty to see about replacing the new one that was no good. I know how people can be so I jumped through all the hoops the warranty person wanted me to. This included going to my shop, hooking up the bad one and following a laundry list of test steps. The washer still would not work. Next they wanted me to check the water pressure. So after partially dismantling the well house the water pressure was fine. My whole house was working fine, the second new washer was working fine and still according to the fella I was talking to said his supervisor was going to require a picture of the water pressure gauge. That was it for me. I would have to dismantle my well house to figure out how to get the water pressure. Now I know they have their checklists but this went too far. I am almost 69 years old and I was done. I ask to relay the supervisor a message that I will not repeat here. Also let me add that the representative on the phone was very nice.
In closing I would not recommend a Greenworks product because of their warranty service. Also know that I am not in the habit of reviewing any products at all.
