Continues to stop working after a few minutes of use.

First time using it I was beyond excited! Sadly, it worked for about 15 minutes and stopped. I also added soap and all of it leaked out of the bottom tube. I have no idea how to close. No worries, I’ll just use water. Well like I said it continues to stop working and has an insanely slow startup time. I honestly think it blew itself out already. It seems very cheap sadly. I would love a replacement or at least know what I did wrong!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In the meantime, here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try. Cleaning Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction.
Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit.
Lastly, ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. Please note this product has a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. We hope these tips help!

Weak metal compound

After 4 years with only 4 uses on cedar siding and a wood deck, an integral metal compound piece broke and I am unable to get the necessary part as the part, according to the website, does not exist.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This has been an excellent upgrade from the portable, handheld model, which itself is a nifty tool that I had minimal issues with. I use it to clean algae and mold from stock tanks and to clean my tractor, rotary cutter and other equipment and animal care products. The best features are the storage options for the long cord and hose; everything is kept compact when not in use and it is extremely easy to transport. A nice assortment of nozzle tips comes with the machine, however, I have had to buy a couple of replacement assortments because I improperly secured two 40 degree tips and shot them into who knows where, so be careful. The soap function works beautifully; I have not yet tried any other attachments with the machine.

I have had this power washer for just over a month and could not be more satisfied. It is very mobile, powerful and user friendly. It came in a box, and initially, I was a little concerned about putting it together, but it a very simple and quick process. It works great for washing the cars, cleaning the deck and garage. My next task is to try it on the second floor windows from the ground.

Great Pressure Washer For Small Jobs

I pressured wash my paver walk ways and porch. I didn't have to use any product. Just pressure wash the dirt and weeds and mildew away. Its a little noisy but it does the job.
