Bought before COVID & still running strong!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this little gem in the summer of 2019 after having 2 different brands stop working after several uses. It is still going strong! We use it about 20 hours a season cleaning decks, sidewalks, siding etc. We have even lent it to neighbors and family members. Couldn't be happier with this pressure washer!

Don't waste your money.

I bought this last year and used it twice for about an hour each time. When I started it up this year it worked for about 5 minutes and then the spray hose connector fitting broke at the pump. As it's a part of the pump itself, it's not replaceable. I won't be wasting any more money on Greenworks products.
Pros: Quiet

Hello SaDs. We are sorry to hear of this experience. There may be a broken spray hose connector fitting on your pressure washer is a damaged O-ring or a worn-out quick-connect fitting. These can be replaced relatively easily. If the pressure washer is subjected to freezing temperatures or is to be stored or left unused for ANY period longer than thirty days, the unit should be stored properly. This is called “winterizing”. The term is somewhat confusing because your storage period may or may not happen in cold temperatures or even during winter. Nevertheless, this procedure is strongly recommended to be done every time the unit may sit for longer than thirty days without being used. Whether stored inside or out, heated space or cold, winter or summer. This keeps the unit from freezing and, very importantly, it keeps water from drying out inside the pump and leaving behind very harmful deposits. These deposits will act like sandpaper in the seals the next time it is used and could damage a piece of the brass. This also keeps any parts from rusting or oxidizing which may destroy your pump. We would recommend contacting us through Live Chat on Greenworks Tools website or call 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). So, our experts can discuss your experience; please have your unit with you along with the model and serial number to complete troubleshooting to ensure quick resolution is provided.

I bought this a few weeks ago and have had nothing but troubles. Every time I let off the trigger while using the Turbo or 15 degree nozzle the unit shuts off and I have to hit the reset button, remove the nozzle and run water through without the motor(because it will not engage) for a few minutes, then I turn it on and it starts up. It also will not run with soap(diluted to mfg specs) I had to drain it and flush it completely. It does okay with the green and white nozzles if thats what you want but no hard work. I would strongly recommend you purchase another brand

Thank you for sharing your experience—we’re sorry to hear you’ve been having trouble with your pressure washer, especially so soon after purchase. That’s certainly not the kind of performance we aim to deliver, and we appreciate the opportunity to help.
Based on your description, it sounds like there may be an issue with the 15° or Turbo nozzle. These nozzles can occasionally become clogged or partially obstructed, which may cause the unit to shut off unexpectedly or fail to engage properly.
We recommend the following steps:
Remove and thoroughly clean the 15° and Turbo nozzles, flushing both with clean water to ensure there’s no debris.
Inspect the inlet and nozzle tips for buildup or internal blockage.
If the issue persists after cleaning, we suggest using a thin wire or nozzle cleaning tool to carefully clear any remaining obstruction.
As for the soap function, it's important that the soap nozzle (black) is used when applying detergent, as other nozzles restrict water flow and won’t trigger the siphon. We're glad to hear the green and white nozzles are working, but your unit should absolutely be able to handle more than just light-duty tasks.
If the problem continues after cleaning, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly at 1-888-909-6757 or via chat on our website. We’d like to take a closer look and help you resolve this.
Thank you again for your feedback—and for giving Greenworks a try.
