Pressure Washer Blows the Competition Away

I bought this pressure washer about a month ago and used it to clean my deck. Along with the attachment for cleaning large surfaces it brought my deck back to its original look. This is the fourth Greenworks tool I have purchased over the last three years including the 60 volt blower, the 60 volt snow blower and 60 volt self propelled lawn mower. With the 5.0 amp battery I can mow my yard twice before recharging and snow blower easily cleans my walk and driveway with a single charge. Although I have four batteries I usually find that a single charge does the trick. I intend to add to my 60 volt tool collection. I purchased the electric pressure washer because it was a great bargain. The rest of my tool armada will be the 60 volt platform and coming soon to my collection will be a string trimmer and a chain saw.
I would recommend this to a friend!

housing failure

I friend of mine bought me this as a gift for my birthday two years ago and the sparingly used it. the motor housing broke just "Jrands" showed in his review. I called and because I don't have receipt since it was a gift I am not covered under warranty. and they don't have the motor housing to even think of buying a replacement.
this sucks.. would not recommend

There is truly no intent to disappoint our customers, we advise our customers, to hold on to a copy of their receipt for the duration of the warranty, just in case. Receipts, serial, and model numbers are required information for all warranty claims. This information is necessary to keep an accurate record of which items and model numbers are defective and is ultimately for your safety and reduces fraudulent acts. Some stores can look up the purchase receipt, but unfortunately, this is not guaranteed so we always suggest the receipt in a safe place or to keep photos for your record in case the warranty ever needs to be addressed. Worth it for the price!

Low quality, no support.

Have had this pressure washer about three years, every use has been a hassle getting it to work. Always the same problem, lousy pressure switch. Normally I manage to get it going by disassembling the switch and polishing the nylon shaft and inner casting with some lapping compound. Not this time, couldn't get the pressure switch to let the pump run, so I called customer service. Got what sounded like a teenaged girl who had basically no clue what I was talking about, although she does get high marks for effort. She referred me to a service center in Phoenix, but when I talked to their service tech, I was told they don't work on "consumer products, only commercial". SO..... I removed their el cheapo pressure switch and made up a manual switch on a cord that will let the pump run as it should, even though I have to hold a "dead mans" switch.
Truthfully, Greenworks couldn't give me one of their products in the future. And please Greenworks, don't bother responding with your usual lame response about how sorry you are. I already know exactly how sorry you are.

Great when it works, then it doesn't.

Bought the unit at the end of September. Used three times about 40 minutes each washing down the patio, then the pump failed (December). Expected way more from this unit.
