[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my new Pressure Washer and was immediately impressed with how well it is constructed. It makes my previous pressure washer look like a Childs toy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little hesitant buying an electric pressure washer but am more than happy with its performance. It has all the effectiveness of my 3000psi gas pw and is so much easier to set up and maintain. Being able to push a button to turn it off and on whenever you need to stop for a few minutes is so convenient. I love the design that allows it to be vertical for storage and horizontal for stability while using it. And...it is much quieter!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] just assembled, tested on brick sidewalk; Excellent I quickly identified one pinch point. Where the trigger/lever intersects with the wand housing; ones trigger finger tissue is apt to get pinched between the 2. I got a blood blister. It won't happen again.

Hello Ninety Year Wonder. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try. Clean Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to fail to function normally. Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. Lastly, ensure the water source is fully opened and is at least 45PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. Greenworks 1800 PSI pressure washer has a three-year warranty from the date of purchase. If you have exhausted all troubleshooting steps and the problem persists, contact us through Live Chat on Greenworks Tools website or call 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). So, our experts can discuss your experience; please have your pressure washer with you along with the model and serial number to complete troubleshooting to ensure quick resolution is provided.
