[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best electric pressure washer I have ever used, much better than my old 2000 psi model that finally kicked it after 10 years
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After struggling for years to start my gas pressure washer, I purchased this electric pressure washer. Did a great job and so nice to just push a start button.
I bought this last year and used it twice for about an hour each time. When I started it up this year it worked for about 5 minutes and then the spray hose connector fitting broke at the pump. As it's a part of the pump itself, it's not replaceable. I won't be wasting any more money on Greenworks products.
Pros: Quiet
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello SaDs. We are sorry to hear of this experience. There may be a broken spray hose connector fitting on your pressure washer is a damaged O-ring or a worn-out quick-connect fitting. These can be replaced relatively easily. If the pressure washer is subjected to freezing temperatures or is to be stored or left unused for ANY period longer than thirty days, the unit should be stored properly. This is called “winterizing”. The term is somewhat confusing because your storage period may or may not happen in cold temperatures or even during winter. Nevertheless, this procedure is strongly recommended to be done every time the unit may sit for longer than thirty days without being used. Whether stored inside or out, heated space or cold, winter or summer. This keeps the unit from freezing and, very importantly, it keeps water from drying out inside the pump and leaving behind very harmful deposits. These deposits will act like sandpaper in the seals the next time it is used and could damage a piece of the brass. This also keeps any parts from rusting or oxidizing which may destroy your pump. We would recommend contacting us through Live Chat on Greenworks Tools website or call 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). So, our experts can discuss your experience; please have your unit with you along with the model and serial number to complete troubleshooting to ensure quick resolution is provided.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to clean my boat and leave onboard. Powerful and compact. Does tho job I used to do with a gas powered model.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pressure washer right out of the box. The previous washer I had, a Craftsman, had a hose that was so stiff, I couldn’t handle it, and kinked all the time. The Greenworks Washer has a hose made of this flexible but rough rubber that doesn’t kink at all. Another issue I had with my craftsman was the design of the detergent siphoning tube. It had a major design flaw where the hose had to do a 180 degree turn to go from the tank to the machine, and at the spot of the turn it would crease and block the flow of the detergent. The Greenworks Pressure washer I bought, Atleast the GWP3000 model, has a straight path from tank to machine with no odd twists or turns that may cause a kink. I’m just overall really excited with this purchase
