[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used it twice the last two day on my whole property. It much better than the gas one I have. Much easier and no gas !!!!! Very impress
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the 2500 psi pressure washer to remove varnish and dirt from knotty pine paneling on our screen-enclosed porch. The unit performed well, removing the spar varnish thoroughly (and some of it was still in quite good condition).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit worked great. Very pleased with its performance power washing our decks, windows and exterior walls at our cottage in Ottawa Illinois.
Can I give 0 stars because I can't get it to work? Hours on the phone with support, instead of getting work done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience and the time spent trying to get the unit working. That is understandably frustrating, and not the experience we want for our customers. If the pressure washer isnot producing pressure or will not operate correctly, there are a few key things to check. First, make sure the unit is connected directly to a working outlet and that the GFCI/reset button on the plug is fully engaged. Confirm that your water supply is turned on completely and that the garden hose is not kinked, as these units require steady water flow at least 45 PSI to build pressure. It is also important to purge any air from the system, before turning the unit on, hold the trigger for about 30 -60 seconds with water running to remove trapped air. Next, check the spray nozzle and wand for any clogs or debris, since even a small blockage can prevent proper pressure. Also ensure all hose connections are tight and that the inlet filter is clean, as restricted flow can impact performance. For a quick visual guide, we recommend reviewing our Greenworks Tools walks through setup video: (https://youtu.be/jtveo7d_XIo). If you are still unable to get the unit working after these steps, it may require further inspection. Since you have already been in contact with support, we recommend following up; so we can help you better.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new GPW3001 pressure washer was easy to assemble and works well. It definitely has enough power to clean a concrete driveway that has not been cleaned in several years. It is light, easy to move and store and less than half the noise of my old Craftsman/Honda gas powered pressure washer. The long warranty gives me peace of mind too.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it a week ago and I'm already in awe! Our deck needed a good wash and this power washer passed the test. Completed the tash effortless. reat purchase, worth buying! Pics are the proof!
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Effective, Powerful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used it and the foam cannon after just a practice run with it I’m impressed. I be ready to use it all the time now, but 4 stars for now considering this just a fresh out the box review
