Disappointing in the power dept

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a neat unit and I hope it lasts but but not 3000psi in my opinion. Maybe it’s more the gpm that affects the psi but it is convenient and will do a fine job on most tasks.

Great first impression! quiet and powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my Greenworks 2700 PSI pressure washer and tested it briefly on my balcony. So far, I’m very impressed. The build quality feels excellent, the power is more than enough for residential use, and it runs surprisingly quiet compared to other units I’ve used. Looking forward to using it on larger cleaning projects soon. Very happy with my purchase so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have t used the GPW3000 yet but it was easy to assemble and looks like a solid machine.
I wish I could say the same for their registration app. As a software developer and human interface designer , I am gobsmacked at how poor the online registration process is. I have spent at least three times the amount of time that it took to assemble the pressure washer. I still have been unsuccessful in completing the registration. This really spits the customer experience. I didn’t mind looking at the ridiculously small type for the serial number once, but four times is testing my patience.
Green works you can do better.
That said, I am looking forward to using this pressure washer on several projects in the morning.

Replaced gas unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to assemble. Replaced my gas unit with similar power. Much quieter. Worked flawlessly. Excellent build quality. Ran for 3 hours without any problems. Removed all mold and mildew on deck and railings quickly and did not have to stop to put gas in it!! Gas almost always spills and will damage most decks. I used to have to move gas unit off deck to refuel and then back. Not anymore! A win-win for me!
