Bought this pressure washer about a year ago following some internet research. It's cleaner, quieter and easier to use than the equivalent gas powered one that it replaced. Soft start took a little while to get used to but never a problem.

Overall product quality is very good. Equipment built with solid materials. The only areas I do not like is that the push/pull handle did not build with precision. This because when I raise the unit with the handle, I feel a small rocking/loosen feeling even thought I tightened two crews very tight. I think the handle connection on the main unit should have build differently so that there will be no feeling of rocking/loosen. Also, the water gun holder should have built with metal material instead of plastic. This is because I feel like the gun holder does not hold the water gun tightly enough. Finally, the packing cleanliness is that clean. This because I saw some brown power stains on the water gun and the some scratches shows on this part. I though the water gun has been used or old. I might contact your company discuss about this issue. The rest of part of my unit seems all new.
I bought this to wash our cars and it does that job fantastically. I use Adam’s products—soap straight from the bottle in the soap tank. Spray down the car with high pressure water first apply soap with low pressure soap nozzle, do a little rubbing down with a faux wool pad, high pressure spray to remove the soap. Follow with a blow dry using my Greenworks leaf blower on high. Then touchup details with some Graphene Detail Spray. All told it takes me about 15 minutes to do job. Looks professional and is easy on my bad back. Only took one star off because after first use the hose at the bottom of soap tank had come loose and left a mess on the floor. It hadn’t been properly attached at factory. Fixed easily with a hard push to fully seat it and hasn’t been a problem since.
This is the second of these items I bought. I now have one at our home in Maine and the other for the summer place on Cape Cod. It has been a very effective tool.
