I bought this electric pressure washer to do small jobs around the house and to wash my truck. When I received it there were numerous parts missing, but a call to the support center resolved that issue quickly - replacement item was received within 5 days. This washer has done a great job on the truck and beats dragging the big gas pressure washer out each time.
Works great for what it is. Takes a few seconds for the pressure to build each time you grab the handle. Not really an issue but can be slightly annoying while waiting for the build up. Nice quality overall. Stable with the larger wheels which is what I was looking for.
I used this pressure washer once. It sat in the garage for a few months and now water won't flow through it. Motor turns on and nothing come out the outlet even with the hose disconnected
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Guy24,
Sorry to hear of the issue you are experiencing with the pressure washer. It sounds as though your nozzles may be clogged or there is some air trapped in the unit, these are common issues. With the following troubleshooting, this should be resolved! Please be sure to follow closely as these steps are not as effective when altered. 1) To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction. 2) Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. 3) Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60PSI. 4) There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. I have been very satisfied so far with my Greenworks Pro 2300-PSI Amp 2.3 GPM pressure washer. Very versatile and easy to use yet powerful when you need it. Wasy to manage fittings and hose. I'm sure I will get many productive hours of service from this gem.
I borrowed my son's Pro 2300-PSI pressure washer to remove 10 years of gunk from the exterior metal walls of my detached garage. It worked so well I bought my own Pro 2300. I've used it to clean vinyl siding, concrete slabs, cars, and I even used it to "pothole" a footing for a bird feeder pole (nothing but rocks and clay in the ground where we live - it worked great, I used the turbo nozzle to loosen things up and then used my shop vac to suck the rocks and mud out of the hole). I bought an extra 25 feet of hose to reduce the number of times I need to move the washer. The wand tends to fall out of the holder so I use a bungee cord to keep it in place. Five Stars.
Purchased this item to replace a gas washer. Very easy to assemble and use. However, DO NOT BELIEVE the hose is a NO KINK hose. I need to replace the hose to use.
