[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got it. Went together easy. Simple instructions. Your site is harder to manage than the pressure washer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great. Easy to assemble and was up and running very quickly. Replaced another pressure washer that was leaking. This cleaned so much better and faster. Stores nicely too!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this product at the start of the summer and it has lent itself to so many jobs...cleaning autos, patio furniture, patio walkways and scale on the pool tiles!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The assembly of this pressure washer was a breeze. Every part went together without a hitch. No need for hammer, file or drill. The quality of the manufacturing and design was very well thought out. It truly covers the 3 concept of form, fit and function. Thank you for making a wonderful product. I would definitely purchase any other Greenworks product.
I bought mine three years ago worked great have used it probably 5 or 6 times then I hook it up turn it on and the whole side of the pump blew out after looking at it very poor design using cheap cast aluminium in pressure points is terrible it always break
Pros: Cost-Saver, Easy to Use, Quiet, Effective

Hello B-rad.
Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. These parts can sometimes crack when the pump was not properly winterized, stored or left unused for any time longer than 30 days. This is called “winterizing”. The term is somewhat confusing because your storage period may or may not happen in cold temperatures or even during winter. Nevertheless, this procedure is strongly recommended to be done every time the unit may sit for longer than thirty days without being used. Whether stored inside or out, heated space or cold, winter or summer. This keeps the unit from freezing and, very importantly, it keeps water from drying out inside the pump and leaving behind very harmful deposits. These deposits will act like sandpaper in the seals the next time it is used and could damage a piece of the brass. This also keeps any parts from rusting or oxidizing which may destroy your pump. This is not a difficult part to replace. So, it should be a fairly smooth process. We would recommend contacting Greenworks at 1-888-909-6757 or start a Live chat on greenworkstools.com for a proper evaluation.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a brand new Karcher K2300PS - which I have given to a neighbor. The Greenworks is so better designed. I was able to turn around the pulling handle which allows me to slide it under my workbench with no wasted space.
This was given to me as an anniversary gift. I opened it, followed the instructions, and the motor started. Once I pulled the trigger, it stopped and nothing happened. I checked all of the connections and they were all correct. Do not buy this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Disappointedaboveall.
We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. Your review is not detailed enough for us to know what the issue is, but we will try to cover all bases. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try. Cleaning Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to fail to function normally. Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. Lastly, ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 45PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. If you have tried these steps and are still experiencing issues, please contact Greenworks at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS) or start a Live Chat on www.greenworkstools.com. All we ask that you have access to the unit so that we can complete troubleshooting with you and gather necessary unit information, and we will be happy to assist with the warranty claims process. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and look forward to speaking to you.
