[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using a 3300 PSI gas pressure washer for many years, (after going through a number of inexpensive 1700 PSI electric washers). Just switched back over to this 3000 PSI Greenworks unit and so far couldn't be happier. Much lighter, quieter, no leaks! Only used twice but looking forward to the 3rd time!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this today (July 22, 2024). It was very easy to assemble. Unit works great and I don't have to fight with starting a gas unit. I would recommend this unit for anyone wanting a pressure washer that is always ready to use.

Hello ELEVO.
There are a few reasons why this may happen. Excessive pressure due to a faulty or stuck pressure regulator. Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. It can also be caused by inadequate water supply, a failing motor or low voltage to the motor, ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 45PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure.
