Hello Mpat.
We are sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it is when a product does not hold up as expected, especially with limited use. Based on what you described with the hose connection point, it may be helpful to double-check a few common factors that can contribute to this type of issue. Ensuring the hose is properly aligned and not cross-threaded during connection is important, as misalignment can place stress on the fitting over time. It is also recommended to avoid overtightening, as this can weaken connection points, and to confirm that the correct hose and fittings are being used for the unit. Additionally, if the unit was ever exposed to freezing temperatures without being fully drained, internal expansion can cause damage to connection components, even if the unit is stored in a garage.
