[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we first bought this pressure washer, it was great! But when we came to use it the second season, the gun was leaking and it had no pressure.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Shor91.
We suggest disconnecting the wand from the gun, remove the o-ring washer, place Vaseline on it then reseat it, hopefully that helps the issue. Items such as Gun handles and Gun wand are considered wearable parts and have a 90-day warranty. Greenworks Tools offers commonly purchased replacement parts such as batteries, chargers, pressure washer part, chains/bars, spools, trimmer line, and mower blades directly through our site here:

Ease of operation!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this one month to replace a gasoline, powered pressure washer that required constant care and maintenance was very heavy to move, and lasted only one season despite costing much more than this one. This was extraordinarily easy to use, easy to manipulate, and so easy to operate that, even my wife felt comfortable using it! A wonderful improvement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought one 5 years ago and it worked amazing I’ve told so many friends and family if getting a pressure washer I recommend greenworks . I used it at least 5+ times a week over the last 5 years , this last year to today almost daily ! It cleans almost everything and does a job well done and quickly. Easy to use . Simply the best I think out there . I’ve used many different brands and nothing compares .
