Just bought this absolutely love it, extremely easy to operate used it on my car, my patio and even on my iron reels to remove the old paint, this is a must have for any diy people out there GREAT PRODUCT GREENWORKS

Does everything I wanted!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this pressure washer hoping I could clean our driveway and patio but also wash our cars. This one will do it all. It's got the pressure needed to get mold, mildew an moss off of our concrete patio and driveway as well as our limestone outdoor kitchen. At the same time it's gentle enough with the other tips to soap and rinse our cars without damaging paint or clearcoat. Loving it! So glad I opted for this model.

This was given to me as an anniversary gift. I opened it, followed the instructions, and the motor started. Once I pulled the trigger, it stopped and nothing happened. I checked all of the connections and they were all correct. Do not buy this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. Your review is not detailed enough for us to know what the issue is, but we will try to cover all bases. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try.
Cleaning Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to fail to function normally.
Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit.
Lastly, ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 45PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure.

GPW1900 - great performance on first use

Had the GPW1900 for a week. so far so good. Used the 40nozzle to clean concrete and vinyl siding. the unit cleaned these very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a brand new Karcher K2300PS - which I have given to a neighbor. The Greenworks is so better designed. I was able to turn around the pulling handle which allows me to slide it under my workbench with no wasted space.
