Bought this 2300 green works pressure washer at the end off summer last year. I used it once to spray off my car. My plans was to use it to clean driveway so zu can seal it and to clean the siding. It runs for 30 seconds and shuts off. Maybe thermal overloads. It was coming back on but after the 3rd time cycling this way it does do anything. Unplugged it test GFCI. What’s the deal… this thing has been used once for 10 minutes. Very very unhappy with this product!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Gd Fn Bs.
Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. It sounds as though your nozzles may be clogged or there is some air trapped in the unit, these are common issues. With the following troubleshooting, this should be resolved! Please be sure to follow closely as these steps are not as effective when altered. 1) To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction. 2) Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. 3) Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 45PSI. 4) There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. Bought the unit in fall of 2020. Used a few times then the water outlet broke on motor. Contacted company by E-mail. I have not been contacted as of May 2021. I can not find replacement parts or support.

I have only used gas powered products in the past so was hesitant to try an electric power washer; however, am so happy I did. The power is incredible and just as powerful as my old 2300 psi gas power washer. This is quiet and very lightweight. I was able to carry this up with me on a ladder to clean out the gutters. The gas power washer was too heavy to do this. I would highly recommend this especially if you aren't sure you want electric vs. gas.
Has enough power for what I need to get done. There was some confusion on my part based off of the status of my shipment. I didn't know it had shipped but the company's communication was very good. I actually got my order with 4 days. So although I couldn't see a status the device was en route. Will see how long it lasts but im satisfied with my purchase.
Bought this unit a few weeks ago, used it on a badly stained mildew covered 3 lane driveway at my neighbors house using the turbo nozzel, now it looks almost new. Also did a portion of my roof as well that was covered in mildew and algae w/ the same nozzel, now it looks much better. Will also remove most rust scale from a BBQ grill.
This thing is great. I wanted electric with power and this unit has it. Excellent easy to setup and use. It was powerful enough for some tough stains on pavers, cement, pvc fence and my blacktop. Waiting to wash my car, as soon as I can figure out what’s wrong with my soap dispenser but love it buy it Great price for what you get
