Cleans well if it would stay on

This is the second Greenworks product I have bought; 2000 PSI model and now 2200 PSI. The trip circuit on the 2000 PSI unit burned out after 3 years; this 2200 PSI unit trips after 20-30 seconds of use. It cleans great while on, but trips and then I have to wait for it to cool down about 30 seconds. Using standard house outlet 120V on 20A circuit. I don't want to use a gas unit ....so will reach out to customer service for suggestions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello There
We are sorry to hear of the trouble you are experiencing with this Greenworks 2200 PSI pressure washer. If you are having troubles starting your electric pressure washer, there are a few things we suggest you should check.
We not recommend the use of an extension cord. They can shorten the life of your machine. If you must use one, it must be 12 gauge wire if over 25 feet in length. Using any length of 16, 18 or lighter gauge extension cord will not supply enough power to your pressure washer and the motor will not start or run properly. This could also cause the fuse to blow or the circuit breaker to trip.
If the machine isn't making any noise at all, the first place to look is the electrical cord. Make sure that the pressure washer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, has a tight connection and that your outlet can provide adequate grounded power to operate your pressure washer.
Hopefully you'll have a chance to contact Greenworks for assistance. We have representatives available who can help with whatever issues you may be having.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've now owned 3 different power washers of this small convenient size, and this is my favorite of all of them.
PROS:
The large wheels make it easy to move around.
The high-pressure hose is easy to connect to the machine. This model stores the hose on a velcro strap from the handle – I think this makes it easier to store.
All the tips do their variety of jobs well, and are easy to change. The turbo tip is really quite powerful, enough so you need to be pretty careful about spraying it on skin.
The 2000 PSI pressure definitely gets the job done. It cleaned off my concrete pool deck thoroughly. Any higher and the pressure would feel a little dangerous for regular house work.

soap dispenser

Purchased 2 weeks ago - unit okay if using just water - to use soap you have to keep changing from soap bottle to wand in order to rinse. Which involves shutting everything off - power, water - very time consuming. Purchased the power washer to clean mold & dirt off my house.

Sorry to hear you are not happy with the soap tank configuration. This GreenWorks 1600 PSI pressure washer can also be used with a 75º black soap tip. The 1/4 inch quick connect tip is a low pressure detergent nozzle. You can use this when applying your preferred detergent for your cleaning projects.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having owned the original 2000 PSI Electric Pressure Washer, I can report that this redesign is a great improvement in both performance and design minus inclusion of a hose reel. Great selection of nozzles included. Did an excellent job cleaning my driveway, bricks and siding.

Great electric pressure washer

I purchased the GPW 2000 electric pressure washer. Have used it for 2 1/2 seasons now for cleaning concrete (driveway and walkway), vinyl siding, the deck of my 6X10 open trailer (which is wooden), and a composite deck material. This little pressure washer has handled everything I've thrown at it very well. It has cleaned everything I need it to. It usually takes me over 9 hours to wash the concrete driveway and walkway together but the washer hums right along and does as great a job at the end as the beginning.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good For Light Duty Jobs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Set up was really easy, didn't want to yell at the guy who wrote the instructions! The unit is very easy to use, with one exception-the hose is terrible. The hose kinks up constantly and gets wrapped around the power cord and anything else that it comes in contact with. I would definitely suggest going a little better quality on the hose. I tried to untangle it/straighten it, but to no avail, it coils up like a snake. The wand itself is good, the tips are super easy to change.
I washed two vehicles, works really well for this. Tried it on some spots on asphalt drive, didn't really have any impact. Tried it on vinyl siding and without any soap, it did remove some dirt. I like that it's super light and easy to move and pretty quiet.
Overall, this is a good pressure washer for general light cleaning, but it lacks the power to effectively clean algae/moss/mold/grease from siding and doesn't have a very long range spray...and the hose is definitely a problem.

At this time, we do not manufacture a wand extension. I suggest, searching Lowes, Amazon and other retailers for a gun kit that has a wand extension. The high pressure hose fitting is a standard m22, which is a common fitting in many pressure washers’ hoses.

Greenworks 2000 PSI pressure washer: Nice unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy assembly, took less than 10 minutes out of box to being ready to use. I like the setup and large wheels. Seems very sturdy and easy to move around. No problems or leaks setting up water hose. Wand is nice size and comfortable and tips easy to change. Like the on board storage for extra tips. Dislike the lack of any way to store the electrical cord and hose, other than a velcro loop to drape over handle. Power seemed good, washed my very dirty truck and it did a better job than the high pressure washer at car wash. I have no way to measure the psi, but overall, I like this unit much better than the AR Blue Clean AR383 power washer I already owned. The longer I used it, the more I liked it. This Greenworks 2000 psi washer is the one I will be using from now on. I would recommend it to my friends as good machine and value. Full disclosure, I did receive this unit for free from Greenworks, but this is an honest review. I would buy this unit, good value for the money.

I purchased this pressure washer with some skepticism, but it is absolutely fantastic!! Very easy to put together and very easy to use. I got great results on my deck and on the walkway to my front door. I highly recommend this product
