Won’t stay on for very long.

The unit has been used only 2-3 times. It has never run for more than a few minutes before shutting off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sorry to hear of this issue you are experiencing with the 1800 PSI Electric Pressure Washer (5101402). Generally, when this happens it usually involves air getting into the garden hose line. If your pump is pressuring up, providing water pressure, and then pulsating off and on, then the issue could be resolved by bleeding water out of the garden hose as well as the pressure washer while removing the tips from the pressure washer. Try this procedure for approx. 90 seconds and ensuring there are no kinks in your hose and see if this helps. As well alternate to another pressure washer tip to see potentially if one of the tips was causing an irregular pressure issue with the end of the gun, as this is sometimes an issue as well. I've had this for 1 year. It's always leaked where the wand attaches to handle. It functions, but I think I'm loosing a lot of pressure because of this leak (more water comes from that joint as out the nozzle).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I used my Greenworks pressure washer to keep the deck and sidewalks clean around the pool. It also came in handy cleaning up my outdoor furniture and cars. The unit was light weight and had adequate pressure for the type of jobs I had.
THEN suddenly during its second summer of use, the unit quit mid-spray. I checked the owners manual and determined that there were no blockages -- it was just dead.
Clearly, there's a one-year warranty for a reason. I won't buy another one because we all know what repeating an action expecting a different result indicates!

I bought it a month ago. I have only used it once, so far. I'm happy with it. It has the pressure and flow you would expect from a low-cost electric pressure washer. I really like the reel for the washer hose.
Word of caution: I plugged it into an outlet that was protected by a GFCI outlet in the house. I kept popping the circuit breaker. My solution was to plug it into a non-GFCI outlet. You might run into that, too.

High quality unit

I have one use under my belt and so far I am impressed. The unit is on the heavy side so it's not really portable. The spray gun and wand are metal and make for a nice upgrade over the mid-range products.
Another reviewer noted that the assembly was confusing. I would say that the assembly directions could certainly be much more clear. This would have reduced the assembly time by 10-15 minutes. Overall, it was not too bad.
When using the unit, note that it takes 3-5 seconds after the spray gun is engaged for the pressure to ramp up. This is mildly irritating. But, when the pressure actually does come on, the stream is effective. The high pressure hose is 25 feet long. This seems like enough. In reality, it means you will have to reposition the heavy unit several times to wash a midsized car. I would greatly prefer at least 35 feet for washing vehicles. Also, the fact that the high pressure gun and hose assembly do not swivel detracts from the experience. Stowing the high pressure hose after use was irritating. I removed the spray gun and coiling the hose went much faster. While figuring out the quick disconnect on the end of the spray wand, I connected the foam cannon incorrectly. Correctly means pulling back on the retaining collar then inserting the attachment. If you do this wrong you will have to "unscrew" the attachment. It takes more effort than it should. But once you crack the code, it is fine.
I have a seemingly long list of complaints. But, they really are minor. In the end the washer was really great to use. I would certainly recommend purchasing one. This is probably the best unit in this price range and will likely serve your needs better than most other electric pressure washers.

Quiet, Fume Free, and Easy to Use

I got this two months ago and I absolutely love it. The long hose and long cord help me reach just about anything around the house. My driveway is the cleanest that it has been ever! I have also cleaned my grill, my sidewalk, my car, and my siding. The nozzles are extremely versatile. Fantastic unit that I'm looking forward to using for a long time.
