Easy to maneuver

I have 6 decks and a 72 ft. Fence. So far I am very happy with my washer I just bought it a month ago and this is my first using it.

Good for Close-Range Cleaning

I cleaned my patio and some of the siding of my house with ease. My major complaint is the fact that you cannot apply soap under high pressure (like wand at car wash stations). This lack of capability now leaves my two-story house only partially cleaned. I cannot apply detergent to the upper reaches of the house. A bit disappointing, considering its cost.

Thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns. This Greenworks pressure washer has a Smart Pressure Technology, at low pressure using the black soap nozzle, the flow is 2.3 GPM. At high pressure, using any of the other nozzles, the flow is 1.2 GPM. The brushless motor adjusts to flow rate of the pressurized water in response to the back pressure its sensors from the nozzle being used. This allows the soap to reach a second story window without the aid of an extension or a ladder. Disappointed with it the second year

I bought this last year and I loved it. This year however I don’t have enough pressure and I am very disappointed!

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear for the challenges that this 2000 PSI Pressure Washer is providing. There could be a few issues that could be causing this. It may be an issue with the water supply, check there are no kinks, or the garden hose is not too small. Or it could be that the pump is sucking air, check that all hoses and fittings are airtight. Turn the device OFF and purge the pump to alleviate any air pressure that has built up. Please make sure you purge the unit before each use. It’s important to remember when purging the unit to remove the nozzle on the end of your wand and make sure there are no kinks in any of the hoses and the unit is receiving pressurized water of at least 50 P.S.I. If issues persist, please contact us at 1-888-909-6757 for further assistance. GreenWorks will be happy to further investigate this issue with you.

Not enough pressure and bad hose connect

I've used mine twice now and each time I have trouble connecting the hose to the machine. It leaks awful and the connection device won't turn without using tools. The pressure it produces doesn't seem to clean anything unless I use the turbo and put it an inch from the nozzle.

We are sorry to hear the 1800 PSI Electric Pressure Washer 5101402 has not met your expectations. This unit includes a 25° and 40° quick connect tip for a variety of cleaning applications.
The green pressure washer tip provides high versatility with its 25-degree angle tip, referred to as the washing tip, because it provides adequate pressure to remove dirt from surfaces, but is designed to not damage many surfaces. This pressure washer tip is designed for “sweeping” foliage or debris given its wide angle. The tip is versatile due to its wide area of cleaning and strong pressure application.
The white 40-degree tip, referred to as the “fan” tip creates the widest area of cleaning with relatively low pressure. This pressure washer tip is best used for light or delicate cleaning applications. It is recommended for light cleaning on wood decks and other soft or delicate surfaces.
For users connecting their pressure hose to the unit or trigger for the first time, we suggest adding pressure washer or dish detergent to the rubber seal at each end of the hose. This will allow for easier installation and a snug fit.

Pump problems

I bought the machine almost a year ago and was used a couple of times. First some reason it does not have any pressure so I removed the pump to find a gear behind the bearing in 3 pieces. Can I order a new part to fix my problem.

Works well

I wanted an electric replacement for my old non-Greenworks unit that failed, and I've been pleased with this unitl and with other Greenworks products. The Greenworks compressor shuts off when the spray gun trigger is released and restarts automatically two or three seconds after I résumé spraying, an improvement over my old unit. I would have given another star had a zero-degree spray been included but, the heads are standard and I purchased what I needed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sorry to hear for the challenges that this 2300 PSi Pressure Washer (GPW2300) is providing. There could be a few issues that could be causing this.
1. Air in the water line or hose creating an unstable flow which creates the chugging and intermittent use. To fix this bleed the air out of the garden hose prior to attaching to pressure washer to the hose, and once it is attached bleed out the pressure washer while the tip is removed from the wand. Depending on hose length and diameter this could take 60 to 120 seconds
2. Could be an intermittent power issue as well either from the power source or a motor related issue
