Love the product.

I liked this product so much I bought one for my parents and grandparent. Like "all" pressure washers, you have to take care of hose and avoid pulling on it to create kinks, but for the price point it cant be beat. Great power. My favoorite part is the reel for the hose. so much easier than traditional hose you have to loop.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought just over 2 years ago. Worked well I was very happy. Drained and stored. Next season again was a champ, but this time when i drained and stored the aluminum pump broke. This is a huge problem for them. One piece pump and motor means it is a throw away. Even stored properly it broke. They are aware and don't care, they say we have a 1- year warranty........ Well by the time you use store and need to use again you will have a paper weight and no warranty
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve only used this twice so far but it works great and well worth the cost! Very powerful. The only issue is that the soap doesn’t seem to dispense very well.

It appears to be the on/off switch but so irritating to have used this only 3x and it doesn't work!!!

This thing is great. I wanted electric with power and this unit has it. Excellent easy to setup and use. It was powerful enough for some tough stains on pavers, cement, pvc fence and my blacktop. Waiting to wash my car, as soon as I can figure out what’s wrong with my soap dispenser but love it buy it Great price for what you get

A lot to pay for 3 uses

Tried it on concrete patio, overheated I guess after about 15 minutes. Let it sit for 30 minutes, ran water through it to cool it. Started up and ran another minutes and quit. Now after an hour it just hums, wont turn on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are very sorry to hear of the problem you are experiencing with your Pressure Washer.
If you are having troubles starting your electric power washer, there are a few things you should check.
1. 1. Air in the water line or hose creating an unstable flow which creates the chugging and intermittent use. To fix this bleed the air out of the garden hose prior to attaching to pressure washer to the hose, and once it is attached bleed out the pressure washer while the tip is removed from the wand. Depending on hose length and diameter this could take 60 to 120 seconds
2. If you are using an extension cord, then use a 25' 12 gauge. If you really need to push it then a 50' 12 or 10 gauge but if you notice any loss in performance, stop using the cord immediately. We recommend nothing longer than 50'.
2. Could be an intermittent power issue as well either from the power source or a motor related issue contacting us directly at 888-909-6757 or on info@greenworkstools.com.

didn't expect this pressure washer to perform like it does. No hiccups, easy setup, bush a button and you're ready to go!!!! The turbo nozzle is great for decks and siding, super strong! Never slows down even after hours of continuous use!! Would recommend this to anyone looking for a great alternative to gas power.

Good buy but needs improvement

I bought this pressure washer less than 2 years ago and used it 7-8 times to clean my driveway and backyard pavers. I liked it as it is practical and does the job. However, on my latest attempt a few days ago, the hose popped up a leak forcing me to stop work in the middle of my project. I believe the hose needs to be better quality as I have found a lot of online references indicating it to be a common issue faced by other customers. A related issue I have is trying to find the part as the user manual part # is not easily searchable online. There needs to be a simple way to know what hose part I need to order based on the pressure washer model.
