Convenient & Efficient

I’ve purchased this a week ago to replace a gas powered washer that was becoming more of a pain to start and a inconvenience to refill with gas. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. Quiet, powerful, and convenient.

I used it one time after purchase and it worked nicely to clean the cement patio.
Pulled out today to use for the second time and the gfi on plug kept tripping. Tried different outlets. Gfi on cord continued to trip repeatedly. So annoying at this point
Thought I’d try green works because I have the weedwacker and love it!

Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry to hear about the experience that you have encountered. Unit tripping the circuit breaker, often is caused by a faulty nozzle. Please make sure to clean out the nozzle(s) prior to use. Even a small amount of debris can affect the performance of this unit. Take a small pin and clear out the hole in the nozzle. Prior to each use make sure you purge the unit.
Try following these steps:
The unit should be off.
Connect the garden hose to the pressure washer.
Connect the high-pressure hose and the spray gun/wand. No nozzle.
Turn the water on.
Hold down and squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to purge out any water or air from the unit for a good 1 - 2 minutes. This will relieve any built-up pressure.
While you're still holding the trigger switch the pressure washer to on.
If these suggestions do not resolve the issue, please contact GreenWorks at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS) or by email on info@greenworkstools.com, and they will gladly do what they can to help.

Good value for a household unit.

A bit of internet shopping turned up this 2300 psi unit as the best value-for-dollar among consumer-grade electric units. Our pressure-washing needs are irregular (car washing; sidewalk, driveway and deck cleaning), so a gas model was ruled out early; too much maintenance to keep a gas engine healthy if it is used infrequently. This electric model is just what we needed. It's quiet, the power is more than enough, it's very easy to use and store, and it comes with everything needed to do household chores quickly and safely.

Has enough power for what I need to get done. There was some confusion on my part based off of the status of my shipment. I didn't know it had shipped but the company's communication was very good. I actually got my order with 4 days. So although I couldn't see a status the device was en route. Will see how long it lasts but im satisfied with my purchase.

Just used it for the first time today. Working on dried baked in old bird droppings on a rock slab patio. Over all it did a good job. Presoaking helped. It got all of it up on most rocks, and most of it on the others. It looks 100% better. Works great on cleaning concrete patio and walks. Tried it on some furniture stain my wife spilled on the patio without success, but didn’t expect it to. Did a good job on the alge in the bird bath and dog drinking bowl. It’s not a 5000psi commercial tool, but didn’t expect it to be. Easy to assemble and use. I give it a five for what I need it for.

Ive owned a smaller GW 1600 psi PW before and it lasted me 3 years detailing cars (about 60 per year alone with my own 3 cars) . Went to the Big R that lasted almost a year. Back to GW now and Im loving this 1800 psi and cart!
