Not worth the money

Was given the pressure washer as a Christmas present a few years ago. Used it for the first time 2 summers ago to wash my driveway. Worked like a champ. Tried to use it this past summer to wash the back porch. It kept tripping the GFI. Plugged into the outside GFI my shed and it does the same thing. Just tried to use it again and it’s doing the same thing. It’s pretty and it looks good sitting in my garage. But it looks like I’m not the only one who has experienced this problem. Greenworks should post this issue on the box. It might keep buyers from spending so much money on a one time use pressure washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with this pressure washer. It is not normal for this to occur. Tripping the circuit breaker, often this is caused by a faulty nozzle, remove the nozzles and try a different nozzle. If the nozzle is causing the issue it may be clogged or damaged. Clean the nozzle and try again. if issues continue with the same nozzle seek replacement.
Make sure there are no other appliances running at the same time as your pressure washer unit.
We would suggest trying an alternate plug on a different circuit in your home; any large appliances on the same circuit could be the reason it is occurring like this. Make sure to not use an extension cord.

1800 PSI No Presure washer

Bought last year, this is the 3 time to use and as everyone no soap dispensing: also there is absolutely no pressure. I tried to wash my armor so that I could stain it in my garden hose is stronger than this machine it says to dispense so on low pressure now it doesn’t say how to do it plus it’s just worthless and I threw my money away when I bought this

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. This issue can be caused by a few factors such as excess air trapped in the pump, clogged nozzles or no nozzle being installed. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions to resolve these issues.
1) To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction.
2) Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit.
3) Ensure a nozzle is connected.
4) Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60PSI.
5) There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure.

So good that I bought a second one!

I love this pressure washer. So much so, that I bought a second one for my vacation home. It works just as good as my gas powered one. So, I'm done with having to buy gas, storing it, keeping it fresh with stabilizer, etc. And, best of all, it is so much quieter than the gas powered one that I don't bother the neighbors with the noise. Just hope I can sell the gas one before people find out about this electric one.

I need to be able to maintain without having to spend on professional service I was recommended this unit. I'm SO HAPPY I got it. It was so easy to set up and use, and it gets the job done! Voila! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this to any single independent woman in need of maintaining her house/car. I love this unit.

Electric pressure washer in the garage

I bought this for my son and daughter in law. We used it in the garage, and it had enough power to take off all of the paint that was on the floor. We were prepping the floor for an epoxy finish. It really did an awesome job.

I received this as a Christmas gift and I have to say, this is a great piece of equipment for any homeowner. I've washed my siding on my house, my fence and my sidewalks and everything looks like the day my home was built.

Cleaned driveway apron, sidewalk, wrap around porch, 2 patios, gutters, a wooden bridge, concrete bench and aluminum with vinyl seating patio furniture I thought we'd have to say good bye to. Not now!
