DO NOT BUY! Piece of crap and waste of money

i bought this pressure washer 6/4/2020 and have only used it maybe 10 times. March 2021 pulled out to use and soap dispenser would not work, May 2021 was using the pressur washer and noticed a bubble in the rubber coating on hose that goes to wand and a couple minutes late it burst but pressure washer would still work, 2 weeks later pulled it out to use and the pressure washer wouldn't even cut on. I am very dissappointed that i wasted my money on this piece of junk!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works fairly well but is very poorly designed.

(1) Could not find a wand lock-on position. (2) The silver hose connecting the wand to the washer kinks very easily; it needs to be better designed. (3) The green wand tip is easily plugged and hard to clear. (4) The grey off-on (0/1) switch on the green top plate stopped working so the pressure washer would not turn on. After cutting the surge protector off and using a simple plug ( which did not work) I took the green top cover off (8 screws) and found underneath it a vertically-mounted cam which actuated another off-on (0/1) switch which was connected to the electrical wires. Seriously! I left that 0/1 switch on and replaced the top cover. Now I simply plug the power cord into an external surge protector. When I press the wand handle the motor turns on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Major disappointment!

Bought this 2300 green works pressure washer at the end off summer last year. I used it once to spray off my car. My plans was to use it to clean driveway so zu can seal it and to clean the siding. It runs for 30 seconds and shuts off. Maybe thermal overloads. It was coming back on but after the 3rd time cycling this way it does do anything. Unplugged it test GFCI. What’s the deal… this thing has been used once for 10 minutes. Very very unhappy with this product!!!

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. It sounds as though your nozzles may be clogged or there is some air trapped in the unit, these are common issues. With the following troubleshooting, this should be resolved! Please be sure to follow closely as these steps are not as effective when altered.
1) To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction.
2) Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit.
3) Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 45PSI.
4) There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure.

Hose is pathetically ineffective with holding pressure

Hose running off of power washer was not able to 1) maintain power and 2) the cable BURST after 2 hours of usage and could not maintain pressure at all. Totally pathetic product. Don't waste your money. The tubing used on this is shotty at best

Don't waste your money. First time used it worked, Second time it worked after trouble shooting, third time didn't work. Tried all the troubleshooting advice with no luck. Threw it in the garbage.
