So far it works as described plenty of power for what I need. Nice long cord and quiet. Good assortment of attachments easy to use wand and handle. Works good on the car and my stone walkway with out chemicles using the turbo tip.
As I was shopping for my personal Pressure washer, I spent a great deal of time reading about the construction and durability of the product. There were a couple of products close, but none that seemed to equal the 2700. I have used on my drive way and side walks and am so pleased with it's performance, I have suggested to friends this is the one to buy!! Glad I did.
I like the simple robust design and easy assembly. Unlike my old "yellow" pressure washer the hose easily disconnects and stows on the handle instead of a difficult to wind spool. The unit runs quiet, has plenty of nozzle selection, kink free hose, comfortable handle grip and produces adequate pressure for cleaning patio pavers and stone work. This was the main reason for buying though I'm sure I'll find many other uses. Very happy with purchase and would definitely recommend.
Traditional electric power washers typically lack enough output and pressure to be effective. This power washer has a continuous “on” high output motor that sustains pressure beyond what others can do.
Have used it on a deck that had not been cared for in several years. It worked very well and cleaned evenly. Also used to wash car with the soap adapter and got great amounts of thick foam that stuck and made cleaning easy. Hope it keeps working this well. So far it is 5 stars
I've been using a Porter Cable 3200PSI gas powered Pressure Washer for over 10 years. I had always been satisfied with the power, but having the carburetor fixed every 3-4 years was aggravating. So when it didn't start this year, I decided to look into the different electric units that were on the market. With reluctancy, I chose the Greenworks as it was written up as the best of the electrics. Well, I have used it for about 40 hours now around our 5 acre home and property with total satisfaction. I used it on aluminum siding, sandstone walkways, a Pennsylvania blue stone patio, paver walls, and with a circular garage floor attachment, all without issue. It is so much quieter, quiet enough that I can hear my wife requesting me to clean additional areas! With the gas unit, It was always a big deal to get it out, fill it up and hope it would start, but this is so much easier. I was hoping that the hose would be significantly more pliable, but like all other units, it's still frustrating to work with. This is my first Greenworks tool!
It works well and does the job it's advertised to do. Have used several times over the last year and always runs fine with no leaks. I only have 30-40 psi water from a well and it still works fine for my purposes - cleaning siding, deck, and cars. Now, the issues: high pressure hose should be more flexible. Difficult to handle even when it's warm from the sunlight. Also, there is little information about the soap tank. What is the mixing ratio of detergent to water as it leaves the nozzle? My preferred car wash solution uses one oz per gallon of water (128:1) The bottle is graduated in ml and not oz, would prefer ounces.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello pops5371,
Thank you for your feedback! We only recommend using a designated pressure washer soap. You can use any preferred brand of pressure washer soap, if it does not contain any harsh chemicals such as bleach, alkaline or ammonia. Be sure to follow the directions on the pressure washer soap for whether it needs to be diluted; soap should be a watery consistency. The soap is dispensed into the water stream at a ratio of approximately 10:1.
