This pressure washer is outstanding and performs like a boss, and even better than my old gas one. Have used it to clean the house, the driveway and sidewalk and it did great. It’s also easy to use and store.
The first day I used it I turned it on and it ran two minutes and quit. So disappointed!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Sad sack,
We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. Unfortunately, your review is not detailed enough for us to know what the issue is, but we will try to cover all bases. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try.
Cleaning Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction.
Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit.
Lastly, ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure.

I just bought this today. Love that it's portable. Was easy to set up and use up stairs to my pool deck. It has 35 feet of power cord so pretty much can go anywhere your hose will reach. Worked like a champ on on my deck. It looks like new!
I purchased this item to clean my aggregate driveway and was the windows on my house. It is also used to clean the inner fender wells of my 08 Tacoma truck. In the past I was using another branded 1750psi washer to perform these tasks and it just wasn’t doing the job. The hose was also very stiff and awkward to use. I have to say that the Greenworks washer is very powerful and easier to use. It has plenty of power and easy to hookup and change cleaning nozzles. I love the upright storage capability. You won’t be disappointed with this purchase!
Great little pressure washer if you're not expecting too much. It's definitely not designed for driveways but decks, siding, furniture...it works just fine and is very easy to connect and move around.
