BE WARNED

Let me start by saying I have used this washer for years with no complaints. My problem is with the warranty. My granddaughter received a new one for her birthday Sept 2023. 3 days ago she unboxed it to use on a deer skull for a European mount. It would not work. I tried everything to get it to work. Nothing. We hooked up my old one and it quit about halfway through. I have no complaints with the old one. As far as the new one goes I went and bought her another new one to finish her skull with. Works fine. Today I called Greenworks Warranty to see about replacing the new one that was no good. I know how people can be so I jumped through all the hoops the warranty person wanted me to. This included going to my shop, hooking up the bad one and following a laundry list of test steps. The washer still would not work. Next they wanted me to check the water pressure. So after partially dismantling the well house the water pressure was fine. My whole house was working fine, the second new washer was working fine and still according to the fella I was talking to said his supervisor was going to require a picture of the water pressure gauge. That was it for me. I would have to dismantle my well house to figure out how to get the water pressure. Now I know they have their checklists but this went too far. I am almost 69 years old and I was done. I ask to relay the supervisor a message that I will not repeat here. Also let me add that the representative on the phone was very nice. In closing I would not recommend a Greenworks product because of their warranty service. Also know that I am not in the habit of reviewing any products at all. Kim James United States

While I have only used this for about an hour, it has saved me several hours of cleaning dirt and moss from between the pavers on my walkway. I have yet to test out the premium foam cannon, but between washing the house and cars, I'm sure I'll be spending many more hours with this pressure washer.
I bought this within the past week and immediately put it to use. Set up of the machine is easy and all the parts are of high quality standards. The machine is lightweight and easy to maneuver. The electrical cord is long, which limits the need for additional extension cords. I do plan to add a 50 foot hose given it is only provided with a 20 foot hose.
One tip for those interested in purchasing this pressure washer, reduce your idle time to avoid overheating the machine. During continual use, I notice no overheating issues. I am operating this in Hawaii and the yearly temperature ranges from 72 to 85° year-round.
Lastly, have fun.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Quiet, Durable, Environmentally Safe, Powerful
I won this unit at a fund raiser raffle and wasn't sure if it would be able to keep up with my gas powered pressure washer - BOY WAS I WRONG! This unit is hands down just as power as the gas unit I have (Honda 2600 psi) and no more hassle with maintenance or gas fumes and loud engine noise.
I have only used the 3,000 p.s.i. pressure washer once to clean a 35 ft long driveway for a three car garage, but it worked very well. I also have a Greenworks 2,200 p.s.i. unit, but it is pretty slow going. The 3,000 p.s.i. unit worked better than expected. I used the 12" rotating surface cleaner, but plan to buy the 15" unit when Greenworks has it back in stock. It can be purchased with an extension handle as the 12" is a little short for me. The large surface cleaner should clean a little faster. I highly recommend this unit.
I needed to purchase a pressure washer for use by volunteer work teams hosted by our church. Definitely needed to be electric. Much research / YouTube videos / etc led me to purchase this Greenworks 2300 Pro at Lowe’s. I am SO IMPRESSED! This is an excellent electric pressure washer. Lots of pressure and great flow rate combine for excellent cleaning capability. Really rocks with the turbo nozzle. Only trait that takes a little getting used to, is the slow ramp-up to operating pressure each time you pull the trigger to wash.
I was very concerned (based on other reviews) about breaking the pump alloy casting where both the pressure hose and garden hose attach. I could see how the casting could break if someone were to tug on the hose trying to move the washer, or such things. Being used by volunteers, I felt I needed to protect the pump from breakage. Attached are a couple pictures of my solutions. Should survive now!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a week ago to clean off the garage door, wood, and stucco. Initial setup was easy. The nozzle options were very nice to have. Cleaned off the materials just like what I was hoping for.
