Great little machine!

Works great for what it is. Takes a few seconds for the pressure to build each time you grab the handle. Not really an issue but can be slightly annoying while waiting for the build up. Nice quality overall. Stable with the larger wheels which is what I was looking for.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this electric pressure washer to do small jobs around the house and to wash my truck. When I received it there were numerous parts missing, but a call to the support center resolved that issue quickly - replacement item was received within 5 days. This washer has done a great job on the truck and beats dragging the big gas pressure washer out each time.

High pressure outlet for an electric pressure washer. It’s great for the occasional use. It beats gas power if you don’t need one and having to deal with troubleshooting gas powered washer when you’re trying to use it.

I purchased this back in November and was iffy on going with an electric power washer. I’ve used gas for the majority but I’ve gotten tired of always having issues starting gas powered. So I read the reviews on this one and pulled the trigger on it since it was a 2300 gpm washer and I’m glad I did. First off, it’s lightweight and easy to use. It has three different tips and a power nozzle for the higher up hard to reach areas. I went to work on my driveway to remove a lot of dirt and tire marks and did so without any problem. I like that they put a decent size container to hold for your favorite cleaner for washing. And the upgraded hose doesn’t kink and is easy to maneuver. Overall, this was a really good choice for me. The majority of use for me, is the driveway cleaning and washing things down. I can honestly say that this pressure washer is recommended.

Perfect for your shop!

We love this pressure washer. We use it at our shop to wash vehicles and clean the floors. I love the pressure and water flow. The only negative would be the amount of time it takes for the pressure washer to start up every time you pull the trigger.

I am on my 2nd 1800PSI electric pressure washer. You guys replaced the 1st one under warranty, so thank you. Now it seems the unloader valve needs to be replaced, what is the part number? Do you have it in stock? my unit's S/N is GWX3090066. My pressure washer cycles off and on when in use.
Response from greenworkstools.comBy GreenworksCustomer CareApril 11, 2022
Hello Don875,

Sorry to hear of this issue. Generally, when this happens it usually involves air getting into the garden hose line. If we are understanding your description correctly you are advising that your pump is pressuring up, providing water pressure, and then pulsating off and on. If that is the case, then the issue could be resolved by bleeding water out of the garden hose as well as the pressure washer while removing the tips from the pressure washer. Try this procedure for approx. 90 seconds and ensuring there are no kinks in your hose and see if this helps. As well alternate to another pressure washer tip to see potentially if one of the tips was causing an irregular pressure issue with the end of the gun, as this is sometimes an issue as well.

Hello solarspyder,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with this product. We are concerned to read that you are feeling let down and that the unit has not fully met your expectations. The Greenworks 1800-PSI Electric Pressure Washer is ideal for everyday high-pressure cleaning jobs around the house.
Each pressure washer nozzle (also called spray tip) creates the pressure in pressure washer. The 15-degree creates a 15-degree wide sheet of water spray at the nozzle. Once the spray hits the surface the pressure is less because its force is spread over a larger area.
The 25-degree is an even larger sheet or fan of water than 15-degree nozzle thus causing even less pressure on the surface.
The 40-degree is the gentlest spray. Held at the right distance you would use a 40-degree nozzle to clean windows.
There are other bigger models that are prepared to handle the bigger clean up jobs. We have Product Experts available to answer any questions you may have, and we will work with you to ensure that your tool suits your needs! Please contact Greenworks Customer Care at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS).
