I bought one of these about 4 years ago and use it every week to wash the vehicles, and several homes every year. Never had any issues. Still going strong.

Oil leak after 2 hours of operation & support contact issues

I purchased this pressure washer a few months ago & used it for about 2 hours. Very pleased with everything about it. After sitting in the garage for a few months, I went out to use it & found a pool of oil under it (perhaps 4 tablespoons) that had leaked from the forward area of the motor assembly. I have not been able to make contact using the 888-908-6757#. Each of numerous call responded either busy or not a working #.
There is no information in the manual showing how to check oil level & I don’t want to use it until the situation is addressed. Tough to rate product until I can contact & evaluate support.

My Greenworks pressure washer
Is more than just a tool
It's like a robot in a box
That's how easy it is to use.
I unboxed & assembled it
As soon as it came off the truck
It took me all of 10 minutes
I couldn't believe my luck.
Cause I'm not mechanically crafty
I'm just an ordinary lady
Usually assembly instructions for me
Are always a bit shady.
But not this time
& certainly not this tool
It went together like peanut butter & jelly
& looks equally as cool.
I could hardly wait to push the power button
To see what she could do.
WOW!
I power washed my house, my driveway,
My car & truck too.
I was so impressed with all
My pressure washer could do
I had to craft a jingle
& summit it as a review.
So

Makes my outdoor maintenance a breeze
Try it for yourself
No doubt you'll be pleased.

I had the smaller one for many years, but sold it when we sold our house.
This bigger one is is a solid as our smaller one was, with added features like the on-board soap dispenser. The "Turbo" nozzle is sheer genius. it works like charm.

Have had this pressure washer for a couple years and needed to use deck cleaner in it. The people at Greenworks are super helpful solving problems and sending out a separate container since the deck cleaner has never been tried on this pressure washer. Above and beyond helpful!

The spray wane failed with normal use in 12 months. Green works refused to repair/replace. They claim it normal wear item. Their warranty never state that normal wear items are not covered. Not fair treatment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
