Green Works for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After careful review I purchased the power washer for my home, boat and car needs this week. I first used it on my stone walls of my house to wash away dirt, grime and stubborn mold with great success. Afterwards I used it to clean oil and buggy stains from my patio that left it looking like new. I was very impressed with on how it worked as well as a gas power washer but without all the noise. I decided to try and remove the residual spray paint my wife left on my cement pavers after washing and scrubbing with paint thinner that failed to work. It was no problem to remove the stains for the GPW3000. I’m sold on the ability and power of this super quiet machine. I can’t wait to use it for my car and boat.

bought 6/14/2024. Started using 6/19/2024 and seemed work well. 6/20/2024 sprayer periodically lost water pressure with pump sounding like it had no water but had been fine for a number of minutes. 6/21/2034 again pressure loss at times. Turbo didn't work as it did on 6/19/2034. Will see how it or if it continues

Hello First user. Thank you for choosing Greenworks and for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. Your review is not detailed enough for us to know what the issue is, but we will try to cover all bases. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try. Cleaning Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to fail to function normally. Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. Lastly, ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 45PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. If you have tried these steps and are still experiencing issues, please start a Live chat on www.greenworkstools.com or contact Greenworks at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). All we ask that you have access to the unit so that we can complete troubleshooting with you and gather necessary unit information, and we will be happy to assist with the warranty claims process. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and look forward to speaking to you.
