I contacted GreenWorks two years ago when my pump high pressure connection sheared off. At the time, I was told no replacement was available and as soon as one became available, the rep would contact me and have one shipped to me. That never happened and surprise, surprise, the rep is no longer with the company and the warranty is gone.
If I could give this equipment a 0 I would.
Buyer be ware….
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Quiet, Powerful
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just upgraded from my last Greenworks Pressure Washer and I must say this thing has got some power! Was finally able to remove paint from my driveway that the last pressure washer wouldn't touch. Much quieter than my last one too!
Purchased last night and tested today. Did every window in the house. Hose and wand are light enough to easy use on a ladder. Takes a second to wind up but I believe this is a function of the brushless motor. I am ok with it because I can still hear after two hours of cleaning. I am becoming a greenworks user for sure.
Pros: Easy to Use, Quiet, Environmentally Safe, Effective
I bought this and the connector for the spray wand doesn't appear to have the correct fitting on it to attach to the sprayer. The detergent bottle goes on just fine and has a different fitting, with slots and grooves. The wand just has the two tabs that have no notches or grooves to work with the threads. So I have no clue if it works or not.

Hello AHS757,
Thank you for reaching out to us! We are sorry to hear of the experience you are having. To attach the wand to the gun handle follow the steps below.
1.Insert the male end of the wand into the female bayonet outlet firmly. 2. While pushing in the wand firmly, turn clockwise until tabs lock into place to ensure a leak-free connection.
If this does not resolve the issue, please contact us directly through chatbot on www.greenworkstools.com that will direct you to a live agent or call us at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS).
I'm old school, so the thought of "electric" + "water" is fundamentally wrong to me. But after buying (and ultimately trashing) two "traditional" gas-powered pressure washers, the GW 1600 was recommended by a co-worker. I've had mine for 5 years and have never had a performance problem! I use it all the time: deck, patio, porch, driveway, pool deck, pool & patio furniture, washing siding & cars... if it's dirty, I'm going to pressure wash that bad boy!
Based on it's small (or "compact" as the marketing department would say) size and light weight, I was prepared to get a year, maybe two out of it and then have to regularly replace it, but the cost math was still better than dropping major $ on a heavy gas monster.
5 years + down the road with my first unit and I've gotten well more than my money's worth!
