Bought this in the spring to clean up the pollen mess on my deck. It was super easy to use and move around. Ended up cleaning the outside furniture too! Highly recommend!
I brought this pressure washer a year ago and now the pump failed. This pressure washer even shuts off when you release the trigger to protect the pump. After contacting the manufacturer I received zero support. Basically the one year warranty expired and there was not recourse. I do not recommend buying this unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nozzle selection Choices - quick connect fitting - I have used this washer to clean vehicles - wash down vinyl siding - clean recreational vehicles - wash deck - power wash driveway. Nozzle choices have allowed me to tailor the washer to the job at hand - choices that I never had previously.
I have to say that the Greenworks products are very reliable and do the job at hand. My experience with my new pressure washer has been a breeze and the end result takes care of the work.
Bought this 2300 green works pressure washer at the end off summer last year. I used it once to spray off my car. My plans was to use it to clean driveway so zu can seal it and to clean the siding. It runs for 30 seconds and shuts off. Maybe thermal overloads. It was coming back on but after the 3rd time cycling this way it does do anything. Unplugged it test GFCI. What’s the deal… this thing has been used once for 10 minutes. Very very unhappy with this product!!!

Hello Gd Fn Bs.
Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. It sounds as though your nozzles may be clogged or there is some air trapped in the unit, these are common issues. With the following troubleshooting, this should be resolved! Please be sure to follow closely as these steps are not as effective when altered. 1) To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction. 2) Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. 3) Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 45PSI. 4) There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. If you are still having trouble, please contact Greenworks by Chat on www.greenworkstools.com or at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS).
Bought the unit in fall of 2020. Used a few times then the water outlet broke on motor. Contacted company by E-mail. I have not been contacted as of May 2021. I can not find replacement parts or support.
