Perfect for what I needed. Light to medium workload for cleaning concrete, siding and windows on my house. Was pleasantly surprised on how well it worked and the power it had.
I bought this pressure washer last spring 2020 to start a project on my fence. I’ve used it several times and loved its power and convenience. Now it is fall 2021 and started to use the pressure washer to clean a car, it made a terrible grinding noise and quit working. Pretty dissatisfied with the product for the price and length of use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Aptoolman,
We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. Unfortunately, your review is not detailed enough for us to know what the issue is, but we will try to cover all bases. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try. Cleaning Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction. Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. Lastly, ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. The Pressure Washer was easy to set use and very easy to use. Great for cleaning cement driveway, PVC fence and wooden decks. Was much quieter than I anticipated.
Bought this pressure washer about a year ago following some internet research. It's cleaner, quieter and easier to use than the equivalent gas powered one that it replaced. Soft start took a little while to get used to but never a problem.
