Bought this pressure washer today, just hoping I would get similar performance to my gas pressure washer. I must admit, I was a skeptic and my neighbors with electric models had borrowed my gas pressure washer. I assembled the unit in under 15 minutes, filled the soap tank and I was on my way to see what this thing
had. The initial motor start didn’t spike my testosterone, but the pressure achieved was nothing less than awesome. What had I been waiting on to try this electric machine. The sound is low, the pressure is great, and my house is happily cleaned! Who needs gas and fumes with this gem of a machine! Buy it, you’ll be satisfied! Tim the Tool Man Taylor would also approve!

Wasn't expecting much but this actually does it all. Used it all weekend on fencing, house, concrete and vehicles. Different nozzles depending on the application. Prime and go, and I don't have to worry about bad gas... Good enough for what I need to get done and then some, these companies have come a looong way with electric pressure washers. Well done.

When storing your pressure washer over the winter or for longer than 30 days, make sure it will be ready for your next cleaning project. Your manual will have specifics. Here are some general procedures:
• Store the pressure washer in a dry area, protected from freezing temperatures and other extreme weather.
• Keep it away from heat sources that could dry out the pump seals.
• Use a pump lubricant/antifreeze. A pump protector is liquid Anti-Freeze formulated to prolong the life of your pressure washer; the product can be found at most hardware stores. If you cannot do the Optimum Winterizing procedure, you can still protect your pressure washer from winter damage by disconnecting all water connections. Turn on the machine for a few second, until the remaining water in the pump exits. Turn off immediately.
• Do not allow high-pressure hose to become kinked.
• Store the machine and accessories in a room that does not reach freezing temperatures.
If the pressure washer is subjected to freezing temperatures or is to be stored or left unused for ANY period longer than thirty days, the unit should be stored properly. This is called “winterizing”. The term is somewhat confusing because your storage period may or may not happen in cold temperatures or even during winter. Nevertheless, this procedure is strongly recommended to be done every time the unit may sit for longer than thirty days without being used. Whether stored inside or out, heated space or cold, winter or summer. This keeps the unit from freezing and, very importantly, it keeps water from drying out inside the pump and leaving behind very harmful deposits. These deposits will act like sandpaper in the seals the next time it is used. This also keeps any parts from rusting or oxidizing which may destroy your pump.

Bad Product

Got my pressure washer on December 2020 as a Christmas present. Used next summer (2021) to wash my patio and fence, around 6 hours. Then I used again the next summer (2022) to do exactly the same thing. This year I was doing the same thing, but after 2 hours the pressure washer suddenly stop, and it doesn't start anymore. Now I have a pretty much brand new pressure washer with less than 15 hours that doesn't work anymore.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cleaning Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction.
Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit.
Lastly, ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60 PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure.

Bad pump design, brittle metal

I had this thing for a few years and worked great. Broke just outside of warranty and they did not offer any fix or redress. Don’t bother getting an expensive model thinking it will last longer. There is a design flaw with where the high pressure hose connects, note the other complaints about this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
