GPW2300 the water outlet casting broke and the hose will not connect. looks like the entire motor and pump need to be replaced it is all one cast piece. Please reply to my email with price of part.

I pressure have the 2300 pro washer and it's great. I did have a slight problem and Greenworks was all over it. They corrected it immediately. After the sale, there is nothing left but support and they get an A+
Replaced out an old electric pressure washer I’ve had a couple years now and the difference is CRAZY!!! The power behind what looks like a little pressure washer but packs a huge punch. This pressure washers is by far the best pressure washer I’ve owned and I cannot be any happier with the product. This is an awesome purchase for those who wants powerful pressure washer that is not so big and bulky it beats having to get gas and lug around a heavy pressure washer. It’s lightweight and portable but will definitely leave you in shock with the spectacular job it does. 10/10 would recommend!!!
Same problem as many other customers. The metal part at the outlet of the high pressure side of pump where the hose connects (through a metal pin) broke. This is a serial defect that can potentially cause injury. This product should be recalled and the part in question should be redesigned and replaced.
