I've owned this for a few years and it works pretty well for a light duty residential use, washing cars, patio furniture, etc. I struggled a bit with it on the deck as it didn't produce enough pressure with the surface cleaner attachment I had. I could use the 15° nozzle but it would take an eternity. If you have a large deck, driveway, or pool deck you are planning on cleaning I would look for something else. It's a bit fiddly to move around with the location of the hose and cord attachment points, that seems like it could have been thought out better. The lag for the pump to spool up can be a bit annoying as well, but for occasional use it's workable. I found myself limited by the extension cord more than I thought I would be, plus you now have three hoses/lines to deal with when trying to move it around instead of just two. This spring when I went to get it out I found that the casting on the pressure side of the pump was broken, I have no idea how it happened as it was working when I put it away last and hasn't been disturbed.

Hello KevinV
Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. These parts can sometimes crack when the pump was not properly winterizing / stored and the water froze, expanded, and damaged a piece of the brass. We would recommend contacting Greenworks directly through chatbot on www.greenworkstools.com that will direct you to a live agent or call us 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS) for a proper evaluation. This is not a difficult part to replace, so it should be a fairly smooth process. Your Greenworks pressure comes standard with a 3-year (homeowner) Greenworks limited warranty from date of purchase.
Bought the pressure washer in the morning and had my deck in top shape that day. This pressure washer is more powerful, better built, and much lighter than the previous one I owned. The larger wheels and lighter pressure washer made the stair climb effort easy. The metal frame meant less worry about cracking a plastic housing. I was able to clean the dirt with the 40 degree nozzle. It should be noted that I do not use anything other than water to clean my deck - no soaps, bleaches, deck washes, etc.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Durable, Effective, Powerful
I bought my power washer last fall and obviously didn't use it over the winter. When I used it this spring, the hose had a leak and the turbo washer worked once. I called customer service and was on the phone for 45minutes for a supervisor to say that they are wearoutable parts and they aren't covered. That I could buy their replacement parts. Stand behind your parts GW!

Hello Bunker69,
We're sorry about the issues you've experience with our wearable parts. For the turbo nozzles this is an issue that you can remedy by simply cleaning the tip. First soap the nozzle in a water vinegar solution to dissolve any calcium buildup. Then you want to take the nozzle/tip cleaner pin or a similar utensil (unfolded paper clip) and rinse the nozzle under water as you clean the out the hole with the pin. Even a small bit of debris may cause issues with the turbo nozzles and should be cleaned regularly. In terms of the hose this is a considered a wearable part and is not covered under warranty. This is not just a Greenworks practise this is industry standards. Our poly-flex hose that is included with this unit is made in the USA and designed for durability and reliability. However, proper handling and storage are still necessary. Please note if you purchase a new hose or nozzle direct from us it will come with a 1-year warranty which is above industry standards:
I ordered this unit on Saturday and received it on Tuesday, set it up and put it to work for the next two days washing my 12' x 24' deck, railing, stairs and concrete patio. This unit worked flawlessly. I am totally impressed with the performance of this pressure washer.
The only thing I would say could be an issue is the length of the water supply tube that has no support near the connection point. It just seemed like it could put excessive strain on the pump casting. I fabricated a simple clamp to add under an already existing screw (see photo). I had noticed the company had already done a similar reinforcement to the pressure outlet tube. All and all an excellent machine!
Pros: Convenient, Cost-Saver, Easy to Use, Environmentally Safe, Effective, Powerful
So far this pressure washer has been great. Powerful enough to tackle my driveway, deck and siding with cleaning power and I don't have to bother with gas!
