Dear Al56,
We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. Unfortunately, your review is not detailed enough for us to know what the issue is, but we will try to cover all bases. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try!
Cleaning Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to fail to function normally.
Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit.
Lastly, ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and look forward to speaking to you.
I made the switch to Greenworks when my gas pressure washer died and will never go back! This Greenworks Pro has all the power you need for cleaning tough dirt off sidewalks, patios, and all other tough cleaning jobs around the house. Some assembly is required and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. This pressure washer is lightweight, easy to maneuver, quiet enough for a conversation while the unit is running, and with sufficient power to handle jobs just as fast as my old gas-powered monster. Love it! Many thanks for making this fine product.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Quiet, Environmentally Safe, Effective, Powerful
I bought the Greenworks 2300 PSI pressure washer to replace a 1700 PSI Kartcher. There is no comparison! Not just in the PSI rating but in quality and features. The Greenworks 2300 PSI pressure washer performed flawlessly while cleaned 80’ of 6’ high wood fence. Highly recommended!
Just bought the 2300PSI electric Powerwasher so I can't give it 5 stars yet. it has worked fantastic around the house though today. It was super easy to assemble. Took all of about 15 minutes. Hooked it up put a little simple green in the soap tank and washed the entire patio dinner set in 20 minutes. Then I tried it on part of our deck just to see if it could take off some very slippery algae growth. It did a pretty good job. Had to go slow but it did take off 90% of the algae. Then I cleaned out a Porcelain tub we use as a fountain that sits out all Fall Winter and Spring. Cleaned it pretty well in just a few minutes. Over all I am very happy with the washer. Time will tell on how well it is built. Also I was concerned about the off some very slippery algae growth. Also I was concerned about the sound it would make. Our neighbor has a unit that whines like a dental drill and is extremely annoying. This unit does not the sound is pretty quiet and unassuming.
We bought a different model (not Greenworks) to power wash our patios and driveway. After using it for about an hour, it lost its ability to produce pressure. Returned it and chose the Greenworks 3000psi. In a matter of a couple hours our patio and drive way look like the cement was just poured. We also bought the round brush and it made large areas easy to clean. Great tool!
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Durable, Effective, Powerful
Had to buy a new pressure washer to replace an earlier Greenworks model that's no longer in production. After 10 years the pump gave out. I'm 60 so hopefully I won't be using a pressure washer at 70. This model has got some guts to it. When you first turn it on it sounds like the sound effects of a space move device fireing up. Durn that is power. Cleans mildew and everything else off a surface. Really high power.
Used this one time last year. Went to use it this year and the hose going from the pump to the hose reel broke off at the pressure "round" fitting. I found out that the unit is no longer made and parts are not available.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use
