The high pressure fitting cracked the first time using.

This was bought in the fall. Got it out to use this spring and it would start and when the trigger was pulled it would shut off, almost like it had to much pressure. It would take a couple of minutes before it would start again. After about 10 mins the high pressure fitting cracked by the soap attachment fitting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased on 3/2024, this pressure washer allowed us to put cleaner into the tank and the force allowed the cleaning agent (using the soap tip) to project over our 12 ft high trellis, cleaning the top. The Turbo tip got into all the adjoining crevices and did wonders on our vinyl fence without using much cleaner at all. The sound is not too bad, but there is a low whine as it stops spraying which is normal. A few things that could be added: a permanent squeeze feature so one doesn't have to hold the handle the entire time. A way to empty the soap dispenser with less labor involved if not using all the soap.

We have a gas pressure washer we used 2 weekends ago and this electric pressure washer is better in everyway! No more gas, oil, filters, or start/stop issues! We used the surface cleaner and it's amazing! We cleaned our deck in minutes! We highly recommend this pressure washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was an amazing pressure washer the few times I was able to use it. It only lasted a few month and about 4 uses. The plastic/metal part that the pressure washer attaches to the machine broke into pieces and now it can't be used. This is totally a manufacturing issue. So disappointing and upset.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the 2100, could not find it on the website but this one looks the same. I like the how quiet it is compared to a gasoline one. Easily removed everything off my concrete patio and cleans the outside of the house very well!
