Was excited to get this pressure washer as it had good reviews. Literally used it for 3 seconds and it just won’t turn on. Did all of the trouble shooting, electric, water, hoses etc. nothing. It junk and not happy. Do they stand by this product?
Pros: Quiet

Hello Mainer81. Thank you for reaching out to us. If you have tried the following step and they do not yield results, we urge you to contact us by Chat on www.greenworkstools.com or by phone 1-888-909-6757. All we ask is you have the unit with you at the time of contact so we can help you best! Troubleshooting Steps. 1. Cleaning Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to fail to function normally. 2. Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. 3. Make sure the water source is fully opened and is at least 45 PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. We hope these suggestions help! If they do not please contact us by Chat or phone, we would like the opportunity to speak with you to see if we can find a solution.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought last Thursday, arrived yesterday and in a few hours today successfully cleaned the gutters on half my house.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we first bought this pressure washer, it was great! But when we came to use it the second season, the gun was leaking and it had no pressure.

Hello Shor91. We suggest disconnecting the wand from the gun, remove the o-ring washer, place Vaseline on it then reseat it, hopefully that helps the issue. Items such as Gun handles and Gun wand are considered wearable parts and have a 90-day warranty. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just purchased this to replace my old that finally quit working. It was a Karcher. I heard good reviews about the Greenworks line of products and decided to give them a try. I was very pleased with my purchase of the Model GPW2100 2100 psi preasure washer. It was easy to assemble and built very well. It way out performs my old Karcher preasure washer and would highly recommend this brand to all my family and friends.
Qualifier... I've only used this once so far for about 5 hours. It worked flawlessly after it got started. It took a few times as it kept turning off on its own which was really distressing. Once it got going (took about 4 minutes and 3 wait and restarts), it never faltered and it cleaned amazingly on the exterior of a house with white siding and on the wood deck. I did not clean a large cement deck/walkway but the few cement squares I cleaned, it performed great.
I previously had a Ryobi 2300psi that never worked well over the 4 years I had it (It often shut down on it's own and I'd have to wait some minutes for it to let me turn it back on). Also, the wheels were small and the hoses were in the front and I could not easily pull the Ryobi. This Greenworks 3000 moves around really easily. The hoses are all on the back so when I pull the unit, they just follow along. The electric cord has to be held up when moving as it is on the front. If you don't hold it, it gets caught in the wheels. The larger wheels also make it very easy to move the unit around.
I really really like this unit. It just works. It is very quiet for a Pressure Washer although I wear Bose noise cancellation headsets and listen to podcasts while using it so I may not be aware of how loud it actually is.
I would highly recommend this for home use but will report back if failure happens over the next year.
Reminder... if you live where it goes below freezing, store your unit in a basement or heated space. The water left inside could break things when it freezes. I saw a review were someone said it worked one year but when they pulled it out of the shed for the next season, it did not work. Possibly a hose or something inside froze and broke. So store in a place where it does not freeze.
Easy to set up. Easy to move around. Cleans really really well.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Quiet, Effective, Powerful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced 14 year old Craftsman 3000 psi gas Power Washer that had developed a bad oil leak. Happy with the Greenworks electric 3000 psi electric Power Washer. Did the patio this afternoon. Transitioning all my power tools to electric and all are 80 volt Greenworks except this corded Power Washer. Happy camper.
