[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great little pressure washer that packs a nice punch! I’m definitely impressed with the power Vs. my previous pressure washer that only has 1,600 psi.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using our neighbor's Greenworks pressure washer, we bought one for ourselves. Assembly was easy and the instructions are good. There is plenty of power for our use for our lanai and driveway. Very nice unit with accessories. Highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My model not shown in your selections. I used it about an hour the turbo nozzle stopped working after about 15 min. Then after about 3/4 hr. The machine would keep trying to start up when I was not using it

Hello Piet

Thank you for reaching out to us. It sounds as though your nozzles may be clogged or there is some air trapped in the pressure washer (5128702 / model # GPW1903A); these are common issues. With the following troubleshooting, this should be resolve, please be sure to follow closely as these steps are not as effective when altered.
1) To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction.
2) Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit.
3) Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 45PSI.
4) There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure.
