Hello Campeón1. Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear the unit did not power on after the first use. When a pressure washer works initially but will not start the next day, it is often related to a few setup or safety conditions. Please first confirm the unit is receiving power from a working outlet and that any reset button on the GFCI plug has been pressed. It is also important to make sure there is a steady water supply connected, at least 45 PSI and fully turned on before starting the unit and fully turned on before starting the unit, as built-in safety features will prevent operation without proper water flow. Additionally, ensure all hose connections are fully tightened and that the trigger is not being pulled during startup, as this can interfere with the starting sequence. If you are using an extension cord, it should be heavy-duty, outdoor-rated, and properly sized for the unit. If you notice any differences in performance, cease use immediately and discontinue extension cord use until a suitable one is confirmed. If the unit still does not power on after these checks, it may require further inspection. Our success team is available to assist with further troubleshooting or next steps. They can be reached either using the online chat function, on Greenworks Tools page, accessible by clicking “Chat Now” in the bottom corner of your screen or by calling 1-888-909-6757.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive burned through so many electrical pressure washers in the past and wasted so much time troubleshooting and fixing them that when my latest one "exploded" I wanted to spend some research time finding a suitable replacement. Ultimately I wanted to find a pressure washer that didnt break the bank but was tried and tested in the field for both function and durability. After much research i decided to buy the Greenworks 3000 2.0. As soon as I opened the box I knew this unit was built differently to other units from other manufacturers in this category. The pressure it provides is comparable to any gas powered pressure washer and will take on any job you'll require without having to pay the big price tag. I was also pleasantly surprised by the size of the detergent container which is much larger than other brands ive previously used plus the long length of the gfci protected electrical cord and heavy duty high pressure hose. Overall, im happy with this product and I highly recommend it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used it to clean my car and did a quick rinse on the garage floor. It did a good job on both (i didnt use soap)and I live on a gravel road.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well built and thought out design overall. Easy to assemble, and even easier to use. Quality components and cord/hose are just the right length.
Very pleased with this purchase and all my Greenworks equipment that I own.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this after my first one just stopped working. I almost did not try another Greenworks product but the pressure washer was really strong. I hope the unit has more longevity than my last.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this yesterday and quickly put it together. Worked great, easy to use and plenty of power.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dad gave me his old 1500psi pressure washer a few years ago and it did the job but took forever so I bought this model as it had a much higher psi. It is much quieter then the older pressure washer, stows away neatly and doesn't take up much space, and packs a punch while blasting away years of algae and mold building up on my house, fence and deck. I particularly love the soap tank that is equipped for pressure washer solutions. Overall I believe this to be a very good investment and those interested in a electric powered pressure washer should consider this model.
