[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect for my morning eggwhites! You must read the instructions for anyone purchasing this pan. Use on low to medium heat only. Adding a small amount of fat when cooking is important. Love this pan!

After purchasing a different ZWILLING pan, my wife wanted to get two of these pans (we have 6 kids still at home). She's excited to use them! They work so much better than the old one!
