Bought this pan yesterday. This morning I used it to cook my eggs. I followed the directions. My eggs stuck!!!!!

The "best" got better...I've been using Zwilling ceramic non-stick for years. That's important for the health of our birds. When I gave a few pieces to our daughters, I decided to try this new, "slicker" version of the coating and was very impressed. This 8" skillet joins a 10" skillet and 10" sauté pan in my arsenal here in our new home.

Wonderful Pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is just the right size to cook one or two eggs. Very heavy with sturdy handle that does not get hot when cooking. Food just slides out of the pan even when not greased. Cooks so evenly. I did not want a non-stick pan like I had before (Teflon) because the finish wears off. Washes so easily. Positive is you can use either metal or plastic utensils.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 8” Zwilling fry pan is an essential in your kitchen! The ceramic non-stick construction is heavy yet the handle is comfortably designed. The fry pan finish is smooth and required no additional oils to cook in. Quick clean up! Love it!
